No delays on payments both crypto and bank transfers. No hidden rules or something of the sort. 5 days payout after getting master account and achieving 1% profit.

Funding Pips is a good prop firm to work with and have a friendly dashboard. The only drawback is that there is slippage and spread but I will recommend other traders who are finding the firm with good conditions then funding Pips is the right place for them
