I've been trading with GFT since May 2026 and I have had 47 accounts with them. I appreciate the reset feature now available and was intrigued by their premium instant plan which I would like to be a part of as the trading conditions are attractive. Faced issues with mistaken flagged accounts and delays with my credentials. Currently facing an issue with my payout which I shall detail later. Good trading conditions on the broker, their trading end is clean, just some grey areas when it comes to payouts.

Max Withdrawal cap exceeded and Short Duration Trades Deducted
Summary
I generated $447.90 profit and completed 4 qualifying trading days. GFT identified $113.45 as profit from trades held under 2 minutes. I accept that this profit is ineligible for payout. My issue is how GFT applies that excluded amount. They calculated: $200 payout cap − $113.45 excluded profit = $86.55. However, GFT’s published rule states that profits from trades under 2 minutes are “not included in payout calculations.” I have repeatedly asked GFT to provide the specific rule or contractual provision stating that excluded profit is deductible from the $200 payout cap, but have only received the calculation repeated. I am still awaiting further feedback. There is also conflicting wording in GFT’s email stating that these profits “must be deducted from the withdrawal amount.” My withdrawal confirmation showed $447.90 as the withdrawal amount and $358.32 as the client amount at an 80% split, yet support deducted the $113.45 from the $200 payout cap.

Hello Lizwe, Thank you for your detailed feedback. To clarify, the $447.90 gross profit is first subject to the applicable 4% payout cap. For a $5,000 account, this means the maximum eligible payout is $200 for the applicable payout period. The $113.45 generated from trades held under 2 minutes is then excluded from the eligible payout calculation in accordance with the applicable rule. Therefore, the payout calculation is based on the applicable cap and eligible profits after the invalid profit is removed.

Followed all rules and stayed disciplined and submitted for my first payout after meeting all conditions. Copy trade assumed even though i trade myself
Summary
My payout was declined, and my trading account was subsequently breached due to allegations of coordinated trading and copy trading. The company provided me with a CSV file as evidence, which mainly compares my trading activity with several other accounts. According to them, similarities in trade direction, instrument, and execution timing indicate that the accounts were involved in coordinated or copied trading. However, I strongly disagree with this conclusion. I have absolutely no idea who the owners of the other accounts mentioned in their evidence are. I have never communicated with them, joined any trading group with them, shared trading signals with them, or intentionally copied their trades. I have been falsely flagged for "coordinated group trading" on my live account (no. 414667121), resulting in an unjustified account breach and the rejection of my pending payout request. I execute all trades manually and independently based on my own price action and market analysis; I do not participate in copy trading, signal groups, or coordinated trading of any kind. Furthermore, when I attempted to seek clarification and resolve this matter through their official Discord channel, the team deleted my messages and muted me from the server—despite my communications remaining strictly professional, respectful, and free of any hate speech or policy violations. This deliberate silencing, combined with the unverified payout denial, demonstrates bad faith and an attempt to prevent legitimate dispute resolution.
