I have been trading with them for a year. Firstly, because they had the lowest price, I had my doubt for their pricing and how they were affording it, and their rating on another site was also very low. And there were bad reviews, also traders saying mostly about IP address so I thought it could be traders' fault, so I did continue trading with them I did receive some payout from them, and all the payout was under 2k, and to mention it was my 100k account, so yeah. Summary
I was accused of coordinated group trading activity. They said some trades have the same entry and exit as yours, so this is a violation, but I have not done anything like I always trade on my own. I have taken payouts from them, and I also said that they can check my past history of how I trade; it's all the same strategy I use every time.

Stay Far Away... This is the worst experience I have ever had, Its all well and good until its time for them to pay. Their risk team made up false accusation saying that I entered trades along with multiple other random people. I pass a their 50k 2 step challenge along with the their required trading days. They then denied my payout and breach my account upon payout stating that I entered and exit trades together with some other random account. Note: my strategy involves entering a trade and placing my SL. I don't ever place TP on any of my trades as I close them off manually

Rejected my 150 k premium account payout , I was eligible for a free account of same size in first payout purposefully they denied showing vps usage even after I submitted all the subscription bills , mates don’t take Gft any subscription. Also they banned me from their discord lol .also the same guys told vps use is permitted and saying the other day vps is not permitted I got screen shots of both

It was showing vps usage but vps usage is permitted if we are giving proper details about subscription and its uses I have already replied to their mail before my payout request also even before started trading in account I got screen shots of that . And when I applied for payout they saying vps issue . Blocked my 150 k premium account (254618) which I’m eligible for a free account of same size in first payout .. banned me from discord .. I’m starting a campaign against Gft for this issue . And they even don’t reply

i was denied payout of close to $3300. accused of using vps which i did not they did not give me any evidence of me using it on top of that the account i bought was on the 6th august 2026. thier vps policy was only applicable to accounts purchased after the 12th of august 2026. i emailed thier risk team yet no response contacted.

very inconsistent, untrust worthy, shaddy, only posting small payouts alot and a few big payouts, always doing 45% advertisement to lure people in. when you question them about theier payout rejection they block on on thier socials and kick you out of thier discord.

i never used vps but company insists i did. i ask for evidence they dont show as with many other traders on their platform. yet when influencers complain they always sort them out. thier website states accoutns purchased before 12th of august 2026 can use vps accounts after 12th august 2026 are subject tothier new vps policy. i fot my account before the 12th so why was i denied payout and my account blocked

I had previously received multiple payouts from GFT, including a recent payout, then suddenly had my accounts closed over alleged VPS usage. I have never used a VPS and only traded from my personal phone using Wi-Fi/mobile data. I completed their risk interview and have MT5 logs supporting my normal connections. I’ve asked them to provide evidence of the alleged VPS usage and manually review the decision. Extremely disappointing experience after being a loyal, previously paid trader.

Before my recent issue, I genuinely had a good experience with GFT. I received multiple payouts, including a recent one, and had built up trust in the firm over time. The trading conditions were good and previous payouts were processed successfully. Unfortunately, my latest experience has completely changed my view, but I think it’s only fair to acknowledge that my experience before this was positive.
The lack of transparency around risk decisions. After receiving multiple payouts and recently receiving another payout, my accounts were closed for alleged VPS usage despite me never using a VPS. I trade from my personal phone using Wi-Fi/mobile data and have MT5 journal logs supporting this. I also completed their risk interview and cooperated fully. What disappoints me most is having accounts closed without being shown the specific evidence, date, IP or activity that supposedly proves VPS usage. I have asked for a proper manual review and hope GFT gives me the opportunity to dispute the finding with my evidence.
