I've had a great experience so far with GFT however sometimes the MT5 charts lag a bit. It is a great firm and my Favourite. I bought three accounts so far with them and was rewarded free extra accounts. The discounts are amazing and helpful and truly amazing .

Summary
They said I breached the 80% margin usage rule on my Phase 1 PayLater account (Account No. 514313660). According to the Risk Team's email, my account reached 83.39% margin usage, exceeding the permitted limit by just 3.39%. I fully acknowledge this breach and accept responsibility for violating the rule. I was not attempting to exploit the platform, use prohibited strategies, or engage in any fraudulent activity. It was simply a breach of the margin rule during normal trading activity. The issue is what happened afterwards. I received an official email from Goat Funded Trader's Risk Team stating that they could either provide me with a new Phase 1 account or issue a full refund for my currently active orders and discontinue our collaboration. Before I even replied, I was automatically issued a new Phase 1 account. However, when I contacted support regarding the refund option that had been explicitly offered in writing, I was informed that neither the original challenge fee nor the PayLater fee was refundable under company policy unless I reached the funded stage and received my fourth payout. This is where my concern begins. If refunds are not possible under policy, why was I officially offered a full refund by the Risk Team? If a refund is genuinely available, why is support unable to clearly identify which order is refundable and why has the refund not been processed? As a trader, I accepted my rule violation immediately. What I cannot understand is the contradictory communication that followed. Offering a refund in an official email and then referring to a policy that says no refund exists creates confusion and significantly undermines confidence in the firm's communication and decision-making process.

What I initially respected about Goat Funded Trader was their supposed transparency, but my experience has made me question that. My payout was denied and my account was breached based on allegations that I strongly disagree with. The report they provided includes accounts I do not know, and in several cases the trade timestamps are not even identical, with differences of 1–3 minutes. To me, denying a payout and breaching an account without clear proof, proper explanation, or proper communication is very concerning. I expected more transparency and fairness, especially after purchasing multiple accounts with them. I hope they review my case properly, respond clearly, and resolve my payout fairly.
What I liked the least was that they breached my account and denied my payout without clear or valid reasoning. I just got funded with GFT. Coming from Funded Elite (which has amazing spreads), the first thing I noticed about GFT is that the spreads are a bit wide. However, what won me over is the rule set—specifically, GFT doesn't force you to hold trades for 3 minutes like FE does. Rules are very fair. Overall, it's a reputable and good firm. I haven't done my first payout yet, but I will update this review once I do to let everyone know how the withdrawal goes!
