Recently i have purchased their Instant hero Funded account. I have traded the account complete all conditions like 15% consistency rule, 6 profitable day. Avoid draw down and etc. Made a profit of 438$ everything was fine till i requested payout. After payout i have come to know that i was trading with someone else because their trade execution time was matching with me. How is it possible that in entire world there is mo one other trading while i am trading. And they rejected my payout disabled my account and when i ask for a proof or evidence ...

They said that my trade execution time was matching with someone other in the world.
Summary
GOAT Funded Trader breached my Instant Hero account and rejected my pending payout, alleging coordinated/group trading. They identified 19 trades between 19–28 August that they claim matched trades on several other accounts, along with an alleged IP-related connection between accounts involved in the investigation. I denied participating in any coordinated or copy trading and requested the specific evidence supporting the allegation, including the exact trade comparisons, timestamps/time-difference criteria, and details of the alleged IP connection. However, GOAT maintained the breach and payout rejection without providing these specific details and stated that the decision is final and the case is closed. I am requesting an independent review of the case and whether the evidence provided by GOAT is sufficient to establish intentional coordinated trading.

I'm complaining about the trading conditions, my SL should have been 50 pips but why was it dragged to -450 pips + a direct breach of the account. And I'm complaining about customer service, when I complained about it, I was silenced for 6 days in the group chat 🤷🏻♂️

I recently started my $5,000 challenge with Goat Funded Trader and just cleared Phase 1. The dashboard is incredibly intuitive and updates in real-time, which is a big plus for risk management. What I like most is the transparency in their rules—no hidden traps.

Clear rules and transparency first. Add fast, competent support and trader-friendly conditions, and it feels like a firm that actually wants you to succeed, not trip you up.
Honestly, very little. If anything, some rules could be explained even more simply in one place, but that’s a minor thing and not a real issue.
