I passed two Phase 2 with two days off difference. Different trades and different profit each day. First, they said I was copy trading between my two accounts and they asked for evidence that I didn't. I provided the evidence and they decided to give me just one account. They have made me waste my time and money and have had me more than a month saying that the issue would get solved but finally didn't. The support team has a total lack of coordination and they asked the same questions again and again, sometimes just copy pasted outdated info abo...

Summary
They stated that I had copy traded between two accounts whose Phases 2 had been passed with four days of difference. Just some of the trades were similar and they knew since the beginning I was trading the two accounts simultaneously (from my laptop and phone) as we had kept conversations on the support chat and they never said I couldn't do that. They asked for evidence that showed I hadn't carried out copy trading, I provided them and after a month in which they affected my psychological stability, they decided to give me just one account, so they still owe me the other one.
