I am writing this review to share my extremely disappointing experience with Goat Funded Trader. I participated in their funded trading challenge, only to find myself victim to what seems like serious flaws in their system and poor customer service. Misleading Daily Loss Limit Calculation According to Goat Funded Trader’s own terms, my Daily Loss Limit should have been recalculated at the end of the trading day. Before these issues arose, I was initially impressed by Goat Funded Trader’s promise of a supportive trading environment and the potential to manage substantial capital. Their educational resources and the structure of their funded trading challenge seemed well-organized and geared towards helping traders succeed. The platform itself is user-friendly and offers a range of tools that can be beneficial for both novice and experienced traders.
When I reached out to customer support I was met with unhelpful responses that failed to address the specifics of my situation. Despite providing detailed evidence and requesting a review of my account activity, the support team reiterated their stance without a proper investigation. This lack of proper customer service and refusal to thoroughly review and rectify the issue only added to my frustration.
