I recently started trading with Hantec Trader having seen them for the past 2 years growing with a great reputation I bought a 25k express challenge for which I am almost near passing. The experience has been great - Executions and spread are very good and the support team replied to all my queries within 2/3 hours at the most. Looking forward to getting funded and receiving payouts.

I recently traded the Instant 24 account and had a fantastic experience. I met all the trading conditions for a payout, and to my surprise, the funds hit my account in under 8 hours. The process was smooth, transparent, and incredibly fast. Highly recommend this prop firm for anyone looking for a reliable platform and quick payouts.

I spent 5 months trading with Hantec Trader, following every single rule, only to have my $4,883 profit stolen at the very end. Trading Conditions: The conditions during the evaluation phases were fine, but that is exactly how they trap you. They let you believe everything is normal. I purchased my account in March when my country (Egypt) was fully supported. I passed Stage 1 and Stage 2 without any issues, and traded my funded account carefully for months. The Payout Process : When it was finally time for my payout in August, the nightmare started. Instead of sending my $4,883 in earned profits, they rejected the withdrawal, immediately closed my account, and claimed they "no longer provide services to Egypt." They wiped my profits entirely and only refunded my initial challenge fee. For five entire months, I received zero emails, zero warnings, and zero dashboard notifications about this sudden restriction. They happily let me invest my time and trade on their servers, clearly hoping I would lose. But the exact moment I requested a payout, they pulled this hidden rule out of nowhere to avoid paying me. Customer Service: When I reached out to support to explain how unfair this was, they were completely useless. They just replied with cold, copy-pasted robotic responses, refusing to escalate the issue or honor the profits I made while my account was active and approved.

I opened a $100K Instnant24 account and executed 36 trades Win Rate 86.1% and Profit Factor 6.93 . Hantec Trader then rejected my payout, citing "overleveraging" based on just 2 of those 36trades (both executed on a Sunday, during low-liquidity conditions). What's most concerning is the contradiction: the platform makes certain leverage levels available to use, but the moment you actually use that same leverage, it's retroactively classified as a "violation." If a leverage level isn't meant to be used, why is it offered on the account in the first place? They refunded only my initial fee and withheld the profit generated, despite my repeated written requests for a clear explanation of the calculation or threshold used to determine the alleged breach. I've submitted a formal settlement request and a complaint to the relevant regulatory bodies, and I'm still waiting for a substantive response from their management team. I'll update this review based on how the matter is resolved. Be very careful with clause 7.2.C.xv in their T&C — it gives the firm broad discretion to void profits after they're generated.

HantecTrader felt very professional dealing with. The experience had an easiness to it. The trading conditions amazing, especially when they lifted off their margin/leverage rule. I will definitely be aiming for max funded on this prop firm. I hope they introduce payout on demand soon and non-addon weekly payouts.

Customer service is all good, and I think that's one of the most important parts of any firm overall. The firm has been performing just as I expected in terms of services and the support and that's so good for me considering that it's just super convenient

I'm trading in their platform for 6 months and for now the experience is very good. The evaluation process and the rules are clear. The spreads and order execution are consistent, something important in trading. Also they have a marvelous support answering quick and helping if you have any doubt on your trading journey.
