Customer service is all good, and I think that's one of the most important parts of any firm overall. The firm has been performing just as I expected in terms of services and the support and that's so good for me considering that it's just super convenient

I'm trading in their platform for 6 months and for now the experience is very good. The evaluation process and the rules are clear. The spreads and order execution are consistent, something important in trading. Also they have a marvelous support answering quick and helping if you have any doubt on your trading journey. This is the most frustrating I have ever had with any prop firm. I spent nearly four months of intense focus, sleepless nights, and absolute dedication grinding through their 200K evaluation. I traded with extreme discipline, respected every single drawdown limit, and passed both Step 1 and Step 2 perfectly without breaking a single rule. I did everything right. But instead of giving me my hard-earned funded account, they kept me waiting for days only to drop a disgusting email saying they suddenly changed their policy and can no longer provide funded accounts to traders in Egypt. Are you kidding me? If my country was restricted, why did you happily take my registration fees four months ago? Why did you let me waste my time, my energy, and my nerves trading your challenges if you knew you wouldn't deliver? Giving me a refund for the evaluation fee is an absolute joke and an insult. It doesn't compensate for months of my life wasted or the profit potential they just robbed me of.

Unjustified Payout Denial & Account Ban - Complete Lack of Transparency I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience with Hantec Trader. After putting in the time, effort, and discipline to successfully meet all their trading parameters, I finally reached the payout stage. Instead of receiving my legitimate profits, my withdrawal was abruptly denied, and my funded account was completely suspended. When I contacted their support team to ask for a clear explanation or technical evidence of what went wrong, they gave me a generic "rule violation" excuse. They deliberately refused to provide any concrete proof or pinpoint the exact rule I supposedly breached. A reputable prop firm should operate on transparency and trust. Denying a trader's hard-earned payout and locking them out of their account without substantiating the claims is highly unprofessional and alarming. I strongly advise other traders to be extremely cautious. Until they provide transparent evidence or process my payout, I cannot recommend this firm.

Great firm, trading conditions are good with clear rules its difficult to fail a challenge. Support is very fast to respond and helpful and they also provide amazing discounts and affordable prices
