Customer service takes more than 2 days without response, you have to be aggressive to get their attention, the dxtrade they are trying to use is horrible, l couldn't even trade using my phone, l had a bad experience there

However my experience with them showed that they have a high commission charges, huge swaps charges and poor entry margins. Their support is run by a single person and it takes a lot of time days to have response.

Instant Funding provides a much easier way for instant and one-step evaluations. Their Smart Drawdown allows us breathing room to make a target of 5%. My only qualms with this is that their trading conditions with Thinkmarkets in December 2023 was quite poor and fraught with slippage and slow execution. They also provided me with a giveaway account for 50k though I admit that I made mistakes and lost the account. Still very thankful for Instant Funding and will look to buy again in the future.
