I am writing this to alert the community and the Maven management team about a recent breach on my funded account that I believe was handled unfairly. ​The Incident: During a period of market volatility, I practiced responsible risk management by setting a hard Stop Loss (SL) at $140 to ensure I stayed well within my Daily Drawdown limit. Despite having this SL in place, the trade was executed at $167. ​The Issue: ​Extreme Slippage: A $27 gap (nearly 20% beyond my set risk) occurred, which bypassed my safety protocols and triggered an automatic account breach. ​Lack of Support: When I reached out to support, I was met with dismissive, one-line responses stating "there is nothing we can do" and that I must "account for slippage". ​Risk Management Ignored: I followed the rules by setting an SL that was within the daily limit. I am being penalized for a technical execution failure or an extreme spread widening on Maven’s platform rather than poor trading. ​Resolution Requested: I requested a server log audit to see the millisecond execution data and tick feed, but this was ignored. I am seeking a manual review of this trade and the reinstatement of my account, as I managed my risk according to the firm's guidelines. ​Account ID: [10227802]

There is very huge slippage across trades even when it is not a high volatile trading time during entries and exits. I was once slipped twice my stop loss. Not recommended

I verified my Maven account with Bangladesh NID, but KYC was rejected. They said Smart NID is needed, but it’s unavailable. Please fix this issue soon.

maven firm is okay comparatively. their spreads are really tight. but their customer support is really good. but in some areas, they should improve.

I passed Maven’s $50K challenge and made over $7,000 profit in less than a month. I traded clean, stayed disciplined, and followed my plan patiently. After I requested my payout of $4,100, they told me I had to do an interview before releasing it. During the interview, I explained my strategy honestly. I had previously uninstalled MT5 to stay disciplined and avoid overtrading after making profit, but I reinstalled it during the call so they could see my screen. Everything went fine — I explained my trades, showed my chart, and the interviewer said thank you and ended the call. A few hours later, Maven emailed me saying I was banned for “malpractice,” simply because I didn’t have MT5 installed before the interview started. That’s not malpractice — that’s discipline. I passed Phase 1, Phase 2, got funded, made profits, and still got banned for something that had nothing to do with my actual trading. This is extremely disappointing. I trusted Maven, I gave them my best, and they banned me right after my success. Traders deserve respect, not punishment for doing the right thing.
