Their customer service is top notch, they attend to you not sending faq and allowing bots reply you i stead they give customer services to reply you under 1 minute i don’t like as the moved from mt5 to match trader though

They are good their support are okay but they need to work on their spread and commission because it affect accounts alot, it was even part of the reason I blew my account 😭

Maven has the fastest payouts and also the customer care is always there to assist you with anything. From experience with the maven traders , they have always defined maven as a top notch propfirm and also trusted . There rules are simple and they will never decline a payout

Maven is a prop firm with a nice prospect. Payout is one area they are not 100% excellent in but they could improve. The costumer service of maven is so encouraging, and with this it will restore people's hope in the firm.

spreads are bit high but still a good prop firm to start your journey with minimal fees affordable pricing for beginners customer care is fastest to be honest

Lost the account at phase 2 (cause I started it all wrong tho, lessons learnt still!) While it lasted, I had a phenomenal trading experience with them. Everything was real smooth and I'd love to try again once I reach profitability.

At my first time at Maven, everything went smoothly. Except the dashboard: I couldn't find a clear overview of my challenge status. Would have been nice to make that more easy to find.

my experience so far was great , bought accounts and received it quicker than expected . I'm still trading the account, hoping to get the best out of it

Overall everything fine but I don't like the 5 position can't be in loss it's make traders to difficult to pass and even though I pass everything with 100% win rate at last I didn't get funded acc because of that 5 position rules
