Good customer support. I was having an issues of my account in under 2 minutes. I have purchased 5k account. And really good interface and good speed.

Maven is good firm as i experienced it, i think it is fast than others in sense of recieving credentials and chat support. I could not pass the phases but i hope someday i could be able to take payout of this firm.

The customer service of maven propfirm is top notch, their trading terms and conditions are okay, very simple and easy to understand trading interface and payout is sure and fast

Really good prop firm with a very easy dashboard that you can easily navigate, that also updates in real time so you can track progress. Very good customer service in their discord, resolve issues very quickly. Get your account details very fast too as well as funded account details.

I have work with lot of firms but this seems to be better than some other films. The price and customer supports are better than other firm. You will get customer support within few minutes. So I would recommend this for the price and customer support.

The review of the account was done pretty fastly and kyc within some minutes and the customer support is also too good. Spreads on eu is a bit high but i only trade nas so thats not a problem for me . Great firm and reasonable pricing

Maven is one of the best prop firms. It is cheap compared to other firms and their discord is very useful. If any news is about to come they post it in the announcement and customer support is also very friendly.

To be frank when I started trading with Maven via the MatchTrader platform, I had issues with spreads on it as it changed drastically after couple of days, but thankfully the team changed me to their cTrader platform where spreads were way better; good job on ensuring customer satisfaction. Further on, payout was a breeze as I got my payout in less than an hour after requesting it which is also to be frank for me, is the fastest so far from the various prop firms I've experienced so far. Trading conditions are well on cTrader so far, and rules are pretty much the same with other firms and acceptable if you are an actual trader and understands how the systems work and how market moves. Kudos to Maven team!

I like the firm, but the need to work on there support and there spread alot because it affect Me in a way that makes me to breached my funded account

Recently passed a 100k challenge but breached due to a rule where a trade cannot be closed within 2min before and after a red folder news. However, from my understanding, this is only applicable if the trade is in profit. So if a set tp is hit, this will be a violation, if it is a SL that was hit it wouldnt. But i understand that it is stated in their rules that it is the case (minus the SL hit vs TP hit) rules are rules. Although the trading condition may be a bit unorthodox from my previous experience with other propfirms. I will say that customer service overall (responding to issues, response time... etc) is quite excellent and one of the better ones out there. Overall, you get what you pay for. But i for one will not be buying another challenge due to this unfair (to me) breach rule. Which to me just subsequently teaches bad risk management for someone whos trading style and risk management is based on set RR (Set TP, SL, pending orders... etc) I would definitely recommend for people who are starting out and want to practice propfirm challenges.
