I recently started using QT Prop Firm and so far the experience has been smooth. The rules are easy to understand and the platform is simple to use. Setting up the account didn’t take long and everything feels well organized. Trading feels less stressful because things are clear. I passed the QT Funded evaluation fully within all published rules, including daily drawdown, maximum drawdown, and lot limits. I also understand that QT reserves the right to issue conditional funding in cases of what they define as excessive exposure, which is mentioned in their Conditions of Funding. After passing, my funded account was issued with reduced leverage and an additional payout eligibility condition requiring a minimum of 5 profitable days of +0.5% per payout cycle. The evaluation rules are clearly defined, and the trading platform and execution during the challenge phase were smooth. The drawdown rules were transparent, and the evaluation itself could be completed without ambiguity.
The main issue is the post-evaluation funding conditions, specifically the requirement of 5 profitable days of +0.5% per payout cycle. A payout cycle is 14 days, which effectively means around 10 active trading days. Requiring profitability on 5 out of those 10 days creates a very narrow margin and is particularly unrealistic for swing traders. As a swing trader, I hold positions for multiple days and aim for larger take-profit targets with controlled, fixed risk. Profits are typically realized over fewer days from one or two well-managed trades rather than being spread across frequent daily gains. Under this structure, even disciplined and profitable swing trading becomes unlikely to qualify for payouts. While I understand the firm’s right to issue conditional funding and reduced leverage in cases of excessive exposure, this specific payout condition strongly favors intraday trading styles and does not reasonably accommodate swing trading.

Quant Tekel is easily one of the best prop firms I’ve used. Trading on TradeLocker is a breeze with spreads that are almost 0, and the dashboard is incredibly user friendly. Customer care is always helpful, but the best part is their reliability: I’ve already received three payouts and am currently waiting on my fourth all processed in less than 48hr. I would have given 5 star in all areas as this firm is very good, the only issue i found is there payout system it is very slow, there are other firms giving instant payouts or payouts within 24 hours this firm takes 3-5 days including weekends. I believe that with time the payout process will get better as well. but overall a legit firm

I have been trading with QT for quite a while but only just managed to get my first payout after being funded with them for a whole year, I was worried my payout would be rejected after a full year of trading on the account but it was approved within a couple of days. Requested Friday 23rd, approved Monday 26th and hit my account today Thursday 29th. The support team are very helpful where they can be and the dashboard is nice, clean and easy to yous
