I purchased so many challenges from this firm and I passed 2 funded account from them . I requested my first Payout on them April 2 which took over 13 days to process it. I requested another on 23 April and its been 21 days but I haven't got any response od any support from them . I tried opening 3 tickets on their website and they have simply ignored me , this is the worst firm right now .

I had liked their spread on gold.
Their customer service, their payout system, their entire team who never assist properly. We haven't been able to access general chat on discord too .

They don’t even deserve 1 start rubbish prop firm they don’t payout traders check their payout section not a single trader have been paid on the whole may that’s 8 days no payout. They have blocked all the funded traders from speaking in general chat

I requested my payout from Quanttekel QT Funded on 06/05/2026, but till now there has been no response, no update, and no proper support. It honestly feels like a scam prop firm. The company has enough time to run ads on Facebook, Instagram, and Gmail to attract new customers with attractive offers, but when it comes to processing payouts, suddenly nobody responds. Very disappointing experience. They only focus on trapping traders with promotional offers, but fail to provide timely payouts or transparent communication. A professional prop firm should prioritize trader trust and payout reliability, not marketing only. I strongly advise traders to be careful before purchasing accounts from Quanttekel QT Funded.

TL;DR: Currently waiting for almost 4 months for a payout request. Support team is ghosting me. I’ve traded almost 10 accounts at QT. Everything started off great until I reached my first payout. I requested it, after 2 days they replied that I should do a mandatory “interview”. I asked when, they told me to wait 1 month. I successfully passed Phase 2, but during my final review for the Funded account, I was falsely flagged for "reverse hedging" due to a clear glitch in the automated system. The system claims I held a Buy trade (Ticket #67386852) open from April 23rd all the way to May 4th/May 6th to hedge another account. However, I have attached my official MT5 server history which explicitly proves this trade was closed on April 24th after exactly 5 minutes

The worst one. They never pay in time. They extended the payout cycle once. I have received one payout and another one was rejected due to 2% rule. But they informed through Discord notice that they changed the system and now 2% rule is a automated system; if you violate the rule then instantly your account will be breached but my account was breached after 12 days when I requested for payout. They killed my valuable time. They changed their name Ascendx Capital to QT but their actions remain same!

They haven't given me any reason, supposedly they are going to pay me soon, but they have been saying the same thing for more than 60 days
Summary
I did not commit any infraction. I requested the withdrawal 90 days ago, and I also agreed to do the risk interview, which was conducted successfully, and yet they still haven't paid me, just like many other people, judging by the complaints on their Discord channel. I can't upload a certificate because it is an instant account, but I can attach the withdrawal request file, which was on February 2, 2026.
