Bought a $200K + $200K promo. No clear rule about internal copy trading was mentioned during purchase. Passed Phase 1 with the same approach, no warning at all. After completing evaluation, accounts were terminated based on a FAQ rule. Support responses were generic and then stopped replying. Overall: unclear rules and inconsistent enforcement.

Referring to the FAQ and general guidelines is not sufficient in this case. Critical restrictions that can lead to account termination and forfeiture must be clearly and explicitly presented at the point of purchase — not indirectly within a separate knowledge base. To clarify, my concerns remain as follows: Incorrect Rule Application My accounts were still in the evaluation phase. According to your own FAQ, evaluation accounts are described as “unlimited and unrestricted,” with permission to trade simultaneously. The restriction on duplicate trading is listed under funded account allocation rules, yet it was applied to my evaluation accounts. This is a direct inconsistency. Lack of Upfront Disclosure At no point during the purchase process or within the promotion was it clearly stated that: Internal copying between my own accounts is prohibited Trading similar instruments across accounts would result in a breach Additional restrictions apply upon reaching a combined allocation Placing such critical conditions solely within a FAQ is not adequate disclosure. Contradiction in Allocation Limits Your FAQ states a maximum funded allocation of $300,000, yet your promotion provided two $200,000 accounts (total $400,000). No explanation was provided on how to manage accounts exceeding this limit, nor were any restrictions clearly communicated during purchase. This creates a conflicting framework where traders are encouraged to operate multiple accounts, yet penalized for doing so without clear prior warning. Given these points, I must respectfully request: A formal escalation of this case to senior compliance A direct and specific response addressing the inconsistencies outlined above Reconsideration of the decision based on the lack of clear and transparent rule disclosure If this matter continues to be dismissed without addressing these core concerns, I will proceed with further escalation through formal complaint channels, as this raises serious issues regarding transparency and fair treatment. Summary
i purchased an 25 k instant acc and after a month or 2 finaaly locked down an payout for 1600 but the firm denied it saying exposer rule but i never let my acc go more than -1% in drawdon every single day i managed my risk and none of the day was closed in -1% but still they denied still when i reached their support they are not replying i sent them 3 mails and even in the x app but its been more than 1 week and the is no reply at all from them

i have been funded , i made 6 percent and they froze my account meaning i coundnt close my trades , on reaching out to the support they took hours to respond and closed my trades without conset after going into drawdown , they proceeded with reducing my leverage meaning it would take me long to come out of drawdown , i was able to come out they later then put my account on restriction and after i sent them messages they kept saying its going to be solved but i didnt get any help for weeks

Very beatiful prop firm.As far as I know, they make payments on time. Spreads at C trader are 0.0 pips.You must have traded with the firm for at least two weeks before leaving a review. I have been trading with them since 15th July 2025. Bought 5 accs with them; 3 were instant accs 1@1.25k balance (13$), 1@5k (42$), 1@2.5k (27.66$). and another 3 accs qt power 2 step@5k balance that are still active to this day; 2 of them I bought at around 13.87$ each total payed = 120$ since July 15th 2025 and whilst my country being restricted from using their services without notifying me through email or discord server or at least refusing my transactions from the beginning so I don't waste my money and time for more than 10 months with ze...

cheap entry prices and modern dashboard
unclear rules, too many rules, changing rules mid-cycle without proper notification or any! Not informing me before I payed 120$ on Accs and being successfully verified that my country is restricted and that I won't be able to get funded with them. 10 wasted months of effort and money with no returns or clarity!

Good dashboard and trade condition but the payout process is unbelievable slow. I requested on the 28th of February (49 days and counting) and since then it has been one excuse after another appealing to traders on why their payout process has been slow. I have never experienced this with any other prop firm. I am completely stunned as all my payouts with other firms where processed in 48 hours or less. I hope they look into this and improve their payout process asap. This is terrible and mentally exhausting

They have amazing trading conditions, tight spreads with no slippage at all. In terms of credentials, the firm automatically gives it after you pass each phase. In terms of payout, I received mine as promised within what they said. I would trade with them again.

I like the prop firm QT, becouse they have a very good offers for a Challenge, no big spread oder slippage, beauty dashboard and interface, Another positive aspect is the platform experience. Execution is generally smooth, and there are no major complaints regarding slippage or delays. Customer support is responsive and helpful, which is crucial when dealing with time-sensitive trading issues.

Without any information they breached my 8% up account was waiting for payout and not able to request payout , next got a message saying account got breached and raised a ticket and no response from QT. Worst firm which i have been traded with. No customer support no payout ,
