I strongly advise traders to think very carefully before spending their money or time with The5ers. My experience with this firm has been one of the worst and most unfair experiences I have ever had with a prop firm. My account was permanently closed and my pending payout was denied because of a Risk Management interview deadline. But the most disturbing part is that I contacted The5ers Support in advance specifically to make sure I understood the deadline correctly. I was ill at the time, so I explained my situation and directly asked whether the five-business-day requirement meant I had to book the interview within five business days or actually complete the interview within that period. Their own support representative clearly told me: “The 5 days mentioned are for scheduling the call and not for attending.” I trusted the information provided by The5ers’ own Support Team and booked my interview accordingly. Then, unbelievably, The5ers cancelled my interview, permanently closed my account and denied my pending payout because they said the interview itself should have been completed within those five business days. Even worse, when I challenged the decision, The5ers acknowledged in writing that there had been miscommunication from their own support representative. Despite acknowledging this, they refused to correct the situation, refused to give me another interview, kept my account permanently closed and denied my pending payout. How is that fair? I did not refuse the interview. I did not avoid verification. I did not ignore their instructions. I proactively contacted their Support Team precisely because I wanted to comply with the rules. I followed the clarification their own representative gave me, yet I was the one who suffered the full consequences when that clarification turned out to be wrong. In my opinion, this is an extremely unfair way to treat a trader. If a company’s representative provides incorrect information, acknowledges that miscommunication afterward, but still permanently punishes the customer who relied on that information, traders should seriously question how much protection they have when a dispute occurs. I was willing to attend the interview, verify my identity, prove ownership of my account, explain my trading strategy and answer any questions they wanted. I even requested another interview opportunity. They refused. To every new trader considering The5ers: please take my experience as a serious warning. Do not assume that clarification from Live Chat will protect you. Get everything documented and understand that, based on my experience, even acknowledged support miscommunication may still leave you carrying 100% of the consequences. I spent my time, effort and money with this firm, only to have my account closed under circumstances that I consider deeply unfair. I cannot recommend The5ers after this experience. I personally would not trust this firm with another account, and I would advise traders to carefully consider other prop firms before putting their money and months of effort here. For me, The5ers has been the worst prop-firm experience I have personally had. Traders deserve transparent rules, consistent information and a fair opportunity to resolve situations caused by a company’s own support error.

Unfortunately, after what happened to me, I cannot honestly say there is anything I liked most about this firm. Whatever positive experience I had before was completely overshadowed by the way my case was handled. I contacted their support specifically to clarify the Risk Management interview deadline because I was ill. Their representative told me that the five-business-day requirement was for scheduling the interview, not attending it. I relied on that guidance. The company later interpreted the requirement differently, cancelled my interview, permanently closed my account and denied my pending payout. Most importantly, they later acknowledged that there had been miscommunication from their own support representative, but I was still made to bear the full consequences. I did not refuse the interview or verification. I actively sought clarification and was willing to attend and verify everything about my account. Therefore, based on my personal experience, I cannot identify anything positive that outweighs the way this situation was handled. Trust, consistency and fairness are extremely important to me when choosing a prop firm, and this experience destroyed my confidence in The5ers.

Least Liked Aspect

What I disliked most was the lack of fairness and accountability when their own support team provided me with incorrect guidance. I was ill when I received the Risk Management interview request, so I proactively contacted The5ers Live Chat to make sure I understood the five-business-day requirement correctly. I specifically asked whether I only needed to schedule the interview within five business days or whether the interview itself had to be completed within that period. Their representative clearly told me: “The 5 days mentioned are for scheduling the call and not for attending.” I relied on that information and booked my interview accordingly. Later, The5ers cancelled the interview, permanently closed my account and denied my pending payout because they said the interview itself should have been completed within those five business days. What disappointed me most is that they later acknowledged in writing that there had been miscommunication from their own support representative, but still refused to give me another opportunity to complete the interview. I never refused verification and never tried to avoid the interview. I contacted support specifically because I wanted to comply. I was also willing to attend a new interview immediately and provide any verification required. In my experience, it was extremely unfair that I suffered the full consequences of guidance that their own representative provided and that the company later acknowledged was a miscommunication. This completely destroyed my trust in the firm. Accountability should work both ways: traders are expected to follow the rules, but a company should also take responsibility when its own support guidance contributes directly to a trader’s situation.

Summary

My payout of $1,481.50 was denied after The5ers permanently closed my account because they stated that my Risk Management interview was not completed within their required five-business-day window. However, before booking the interview, I had contacted The5ers Live Chat specifically to clarify this requirement because I was ill. Their support representative told me: “The 5 days mentioned are for scheduling the call and not for attending.” I relied on that clarification and scheduled an available interview date. The5ers later cancelled the interview and informed me that their actual requirement was for the interview itself to be completed within five business days. The5ers subsequently acknowledged in writing that there had been miscommunication from their own support representative, but they still permanently closed my account and denied the entire pending payout of $1,481.50. I did not refuse or avoid the interview. I had actively contacted support for clarification, followed the

Very disappointing experience with The5ers. I followed every rule, passed two challenges, and went from $50K to $100K funded. Yet my first $6K payout was refused after an interview, claiming my strategy “doesn’t work” with them. The language barrier made the interview even harder, especially as AI was used to translate what I was saying. The same strategy was accepted without any issue by another prop firm. I’m mentally exhausted from losing a payout I worked hard for. I’m sharing this to protect other traders and make them aware of what can happen. I’ve also seen many traders reporting long payout processes or similar issues.

I am writing to formally dispute the sudden termination of my funded account and the denial of my requested payout. I requested a legitimate payout following my trading activity. Instead of processing the funds, thier team subjected me to a verification interview, which I fully cooperated with and attended in good faith. Following this interview, my payout was denied and my funded account was terminated under the claim of a rule breach, without providing explicit, objective data-driven evidence of a violation. Please note the following points regarding this dispute:Compliance with Trading Rules: My entire trading history adheres strictly to the risk parameters and guidelines outlined in your terms of service.Lack of Transparency: Terminating a funded account solely based on a subjective evaluation of a high-pressure interview—while ignoring objective, compliant historical trading data—violates standard industry practices.

I had been trading with The5ers for more than a year and a half. During this period, I followed a very conservative trading approach and made every effort to comply strictly with the company's rules and policies. I did not risk more than 1% of the account capital on a trade, avoided entering trades during major news events, and defined my risk and target before entering each position. My approach was deliberately conservative and focused on controlled risk rather than excessive trading. I successfully made three consecutive withdrawals, totaling approximately 3% of the account capital. On the fourth occasion, I generated approximately another 0.8% in profit ($800) and requested the corresponding payout. Instead of processing the payout, The5ers suddenly closed my account. The explanation I received was that my methodology involved “too little trading and too much profit.” I found this extremely concerning because I had not changed my general trading methodology. I continued to follow the company's rules, maintained controlled risk, avoided major news events, and did not risk more than 1% of the account capital on a trade. I asked the company to explain clearly which specific rule I had violated and why the same trading approach that had previously been accepted, including during the three successful payouts, had suddenly become unacceptable. I also requested a telephone call and a video meeting so that I could explain my trading and understand the decision. However, I was told that no further details would be provided. The company had made its decision, closed my account, and ended the relationship. I was not given a meaningful opportunity to respond or challenge the decision. My concern is therefore not simply that my account was closed. My concern is that after three successful payouts, when I generated only approximately another 0.8% profit while continuing to trade conservatively and within the risk parameters I had been following from the beginning, my account was terminated because I was considered to be making “too much profit with too little trading.” I cannot claim that this is The5ers' general policy toward profitable traders. However, my experience has left me seriously concerned about whether a trader can continue receiving payouts when he becomes consistently profitable, even when he continues to follow the same rules and risk-management approach. I have documentation supporting the events described above.

Honestly, after what happened with my account, I cannot say that there is anything I particularly liked about the firm. I invested significant time, discipline, effort and commitment into trading according to the company's rules. After successfully receiving three consecutive payouts, my account was closed when I made another approximately 0.8% profit. The fact that my profits were previously accepted but my account was later closed because I was considered to be making “too much profit with too little trading” is extremely concerning to me.

Least Liked Aspect

The unilateral closure of my account without giving me a meaningful opportunity to respond or challenge the decision. After three successful payouts, my account was closed when I made another approximately 0.8% profit. I was told that my methodology involved “too little trading and too much profit.” Despite repeatedly asking which specific rule I had violated and requesting a phone call or video meeting, I was not given further details. I find it unacceptable that a trader can follow the same risk-management approach, remain within the stated rules, and successfully receive payouts, only to have the account closed when the trader continues to become profitable.

Summary

I had previously received three consecutive payouts. When I requested a fourth payout of approximately $800, the firm denied it and terminated my account. I requested further clarification and a phone or video meeting, but they refused to provide any further explanation. The firm stated that I used a highly speculative trade that resulted in rapid profits within a limited trading period. I strongly disagree. I strictly followed the trading rules, never exceeding 1% risk per trade. I traded gold during the Asian session, avoided major news, and closed my trades the same day. The fourth payout was only 0.8% of the account balance ($800). Despite this, the payout was denied and my account was terminated. I have evidence supporting all the statements above.

I purchased a The5ers challenge account and successfully completed the evaluation. After passing, I received a funded live account. I completed the KYC and identity verification process successfully, and my account was approved as verified. I traded the funded account according to the rules and made a profit of $1,823. When I became eligible for a payout, I submitted my payout request. Instead of receiving my payout, I was asked to attend a verification interview. I attended the interview honestly, answered all questions to the best of my knowledge, and fully cooperated throughout the process. After waiting for the payout, I was informed that my account would be closed. Initially, I was told there were concerns regarding account ownership, even though my identity had already been verified and approved. Later, I received a different explanation related to my trading methodology and risk management. My payout was denied, my funded account was closed, and I was informed that the decision was final. I repeatedly offered to provide additional documents, attend another interview, or complete any further verification they required, but my requests were declined. From my personal experience, I felt disappointed because I believed I had fully cooperated with every stage of the verification process, yet I did not receive the opportunity to resolve the concerns or receive my pending payout.

My experience with this firm became extremely disappointing after the compliance review. I successfully passed the evaluation, traded the funded account profitably, and received my first payout without any issues. However, when requesting my second payout of approximately $4,000, I was required to complete a compliance interview. I fully cooperated throughout the review, provided all requested documents, demonstrated ownership of my accounts and devices, and answered every question during the interview. Despite this, my second payout was denied and my funded account was terminated because the firm claimed that my explanation during the interview did not match trades that had been executed more than a month earlier. In my opinion, expecting a trader to accurately reconstruct every decision, market condition, and discretionary factor behind historical trades several weeks later is unreasonable. Discretionary trading is not a fixed algorithm, and every trade can involve different contextual factors. I requested objective evidence supporting the allegation, such as technical inconsistencies or proof that someone else had traded my account. Instead, the decision appeared to rely primarily on the interview itself. As a result, I lost my funded account and my second payout of approximately $4,000, despite having already demonstrated profitable trading and even receiving a previous payout from the same account. This review reflects my personal experience so that other traders can make an informed decision before choosing this firm.

The compliance process was the biggest issue. Although I had already received my first payout, my second payout was denied after a short interview because I could not perfectly reconstruct trades executed weeks earlier. I believe this is not a fair or objective way to assess account ownership, especially for discretionary trading. As a result, I lost my funded account and my second payout despite having already demonstrated profitable trading.

From my perspective, this outcome is extremely difficult to accept. Even after proving I could trade profitably and meeting the firm’s objectives, I still ended up losing money. Dear Traders. The5ers is one of my favorite prop-firm in the market. But it was before they do not delayed my payouts. Now I'm facing delays over delays, and some of the payout requests haven't been proceeded yet. For example: 27.05.2026 I requested 518$ from my scaled 12,5K account and for no reason they haven't paid me yet. I've contacted the support, asking why are such postponements became a common deal. They answered "due to internal technical difficulties". Why do you write then 2-4 business days on the dashboard? They are averaving to pay in two weeks since you're profitable. I inserted screenshots that prove my point of view. Just look at the next: 05.05.2026 I requested a payout, 19.05.2026 it was successfully proceeded. Sorry guys, but for me intolerable. I wish The5ers a better approach to the customers.
