I am writing this to alert the trading community about my recent experience with The5ers. Despite passing all the required trading phases and reaching the payout stage, the company has refused to pay my earned profits and summarily closed my account by weaponizing their own administrative process against me. The Context I purchased an account, successfully completed the evaluation phases, and requested a payout. My account was not a failed challenge; it was a fully compliant account waiting for withdrawal. Suddenly, I received an email requiring a "Risk Management Interview." This requirement was not clearly or transparently communicated as a mandatory barrier to payout during the initial purchase. The core promise is simple: pass the phases, get paid. Adding undocumented hurdles at the final stage is a major red flag. The Scheduling Trap On April 30, 2026, I received an email stating I had 2 days left to schedule the interview. On May 1, I accessed The5ers' own scheduling system and selected the earliest feasible date for me: May 11, 2026. I chose this date to ensure a stable internet connection and a quiet environment, which required taking time off from my professional job. The5ers' system officially confirmed this appointment. The Unfair Cancellation Despite having a confirmed appointment, the Risk Team waited until just two days before the interview to cancel it, shut down my account, and deny my payout. Their reasoning? They claimed the interview had to be completed within 5 business days—even though their own system offered and confirmed the May 11 date. * If May 11 was invalid, why did their system offer it? * Why did they confirm the appointment only to use it as a reason for termination later? * Why was there no attempt to reach out or reschedule before taking the nuclear option of closing the account? Selective Rule Enforcement After speaking with the Turkish trading community, I discovered that multiple traders have attended interviews beyond the 5-day window and received their payouts without issue. This suggests that the rule is being applied inconsistently and unfairly, specifically to deny payouts to successful traders. Evidence I have kept a full record of this ordeal, including: * The April 30 reminder email. * The May 1 calendar confirmation for the May 11 appointment. * The cancellation notice sent just 2 days before the scheduled meeting. * All correspondence with support and the "senior review" team, who refused to rectify this clear systemic error. Conclusion The5ers took my fee, watched me pass their challenges, and then used a scheduling technicality—caused by their own software—to avoid paying me. I will never trust this firm with my capital again. To all traders: Be extremely cautious. Document every email, every confirmation, and every "hidden" rule.

I request payout $13099 on march 21 2026 and i get interview and approve on march 24 ,2026 . On 28 march i follow up because no update after approved .i chat with support agent they said my payout already apporve without any issue and Will be sent 24/48 our . After 48 our still no update and also still not receiving my payout . I chat support agent again same answer my payout still processing without any issue . After 48 our i chat support agent again every 2 days . Until April 9 i chat support agent they said my payout already in the finance team . Today April 10 they CALCELED my payout with reason my strategy different with my account trading . Actually when interview i explain my strategy with my account until clear . Also i show everything my trade history . How they make this reason ? The5ers not recommended

I am extremely sad for 5ers prop firm. After passing first and second steps, I got funded account and made some profit. When I request my payout , They took my Interview for payment process. They gave various reason for not paying me in the email. In the last email, they told me that they have deactivated my account and denied my payment giving the reason that thy couldn't verify my trading strategy during Interview. That is quite unreasonable. They should have informed about it while buying the challenges. This prop form denied payment giving unnecessary reason. I strongly advise the trader to avoid this prop firm. There are lots of excellent and trustworthy prop firm in the Market.

After successfully trading and generating a profit of $5,600, my account was suddenly terminated and my payout was denied without clear and fair justification. As a trader, I followed the rules and put in consistent effort to grow the account, so this outcome feels very unfair and unprofessional. What is most frustrating is the lack of transparency. When a trader performs well and becomes profitable, there should be clear communication and solid evidence if any violation is claimed. Simply denying payouts and closing accounts damages trust and raises serious concerns about how traders are treated. I am not the only one facing this issue. There are multiple reports from other traders mentioning payout delays, KYC issues, and account terminations after profits were made . While the company promotes itself as reliable, experiences like mine show a different reality. I strongly urge The5ers to review my case fairly and provide a transparent explanation. Traders deserve respect, clarity, and honesty—especially when real performance is involved. Until this is resolved, I cannot recommend this firm to other traders.

I am extremely disappointed with The5ers. I purchased a $100K High Stakes account, and everything was going well at the beginning. I even successfully scaled up my account to $125K. I completed many trades consistently from the $100K to $125K stage. However, what I find very strange is that out of all my trading activity, the risk team decided to question only one specific trade — my largest position of 1 lot on GBPUSD, which resulted in approximately $9,000 profit. They claimed there was suspicious activity related to multiple IP addresses during that trade. But from the very beginning, I have always used two personal mobile devices for trading, and I clearly explained this during the interview process. Why is it that after so many trades, only this one transaction is being questioned? During the interview, I was also asked whether there was anyone around me using The5ers. I clearly stated that there is absolutely no one — I am the only trader, and I personally use two mobile devices for my trading activity. Despite this, two days later, I received an email stating that my account was terminated due to “ownership” issues — something I genuinely do not understand. The5ers claims that their evaluation process is transparent, but where is the transparency in this case? I have requested a detailed clarification and even offered to provide additional proof if needed, yet my emails have been ignored. This experience has been very disappointing, especially after I followed the rules, passed verification, and traded consistently. I hope The5ers can improve their communication and provide clearer, fairer explanations to their clients.

I bought a $100K high stake account, paid $545. I passed Phase 1 and Phase 2 I got funded, 100K, and made a profit of about $22,931 Support scaled me up to a $125K account, it was automatic, as a result could not withdraw. I continued trading and made an additional $3,388 ish. total profits about $22K I now asked for a withdrawal, Mar 13. 5ers requested an interview about my strategy in detail: I answered all questions and taught him my strategies during a live interview. He asked me to wait 72 hours for the payout. I waited 13days to see that my payout of $22,931 was denied. I requested the remaining $3,388 payout, waited again for 3days, and it was denied. I see they rejected my KYC also; however, KYC was done, completed, and approved a long time ago during phase 2. Why now to reject what was already approved long time ago. Now I see my funded account has been deactivated. No email from support as to why they denied payouts, deactivated my account, and ghosted me, and all my attempts to resolve this with the chat support are fruitless. I asked why on 5ers Facebook, the admin blocked me; another person who screenshotted my post on Facebook before it got deleted, reposted it, and asked questions as to why the admin would delete the post, just in 5 minutes the admin blocked him as well. NO SINGLE RULE BROKEN.

I've received my last payment at 06-03-26 which I've requested at 25-06-2026 But, risk team rejected my current payment and banned my ID. They're saying that I've violated "copy trades" rule at first week of February. I already took too much payment from this company and I know all about It's rules. And I already proved to them with clean clarification that I'm innocent and I told I could show everything with my trading strategy in google meet if needed. I want to suggest all of those traders who wants to buy new account At the5%ers, Do not buy from them. Their payment rule is between 3-5 business days but they're taking 15-20-25-30 days to pay to customers.

i have purchased multiple accounts with the 5ers in my last 4 years. i have purchased a 20k in november.i have passed both phases.december 9th i started my live account,i have made about 1850 up until the 20th of december.i was due for a withdrawel around the 24th.because i was due for a wd ,i told my son who is 20years old,2 also start a propfirm account with 5ers.rules are fair n easy.i submitted my wd on wednesday.i was then told,i have multiple accounts and different emails..which i was shocked..so i responsed and asked them,what u guys are talking about.after 3 days,i was told,i also have a 60k account.(my son bought this 1 thru propfirm match).after explaning them that the new account belongs 2 my son,we were told to do risk interviews which we both done....after that,i am told that went agaisnt 5ers rules.my son account is reinstated.but my 20k is terminated and withdrawel not paid.this is totally unfair and total robbery..i told 5ers 2 do a kyc on my son 2 verify tha account belongs 2 him.they not responding...

I traded with The5ers, passed the evaluation, and reached the payout stage. Execution and platform access were fine, and my first payout was approved after a review. Things changed during my second payout. My payouts were stopped and all my accounts were terminated due to what was described as “account relations and similar trading patterns.” The risk team did share the trades they believed were matching — however, the scale of the decision is what’s hard to accept. Across the entire account, there were 41 total trades. The issue ultimately came down to 1–2 trades that were considered “matching.” In a market with thousands of traders, trading the same liquid pairs, during the same major sessions, it feels entirely possible — even expected — that a couple of trades can look similar without any coordination or copying taking place. From my side, all trading was manual and independent. Despite providing explanations and additional context, once those trades were flagged, the process felt conclusive rather than investigative. There didn’t seem to be room to account for probability, market structure, or the broader trading history.
