I have been trading with the5ers for more than 6 months now and never had any issues considering customer support/payout/trading platform in the MT5. In fact, never had to raise concern with the support team even once after have been funded. The accounts from one phase to another or scale up accounts are generated in a day i.e next day. Received payout for 2 times without any issues.

This firm is absolutely the best. I have got paid multiple times and the process is so smooth. The dashboard is also easy to understand for tracking the process. so overall , I am very happy with 5ers.

I have passed my HS-100K chellenge of 5%ers and all rules of trading are trader friendly Dashboard is very beautiful customer service live or on discord replied promptly all customer service persons deliver quick response, i have funded and received my first payout after 14 days with rise pay in pakistani banks same day within 3 hrs after submit withdrawl option, The 5%ers have MT5 trading platform also. i am fully satisfied that 5ers is reputable company and it is GOD GIFT for all world, i feel proud that i am funded trader of 5ers prop firm.

I've been trading a funded account with the 5ers for more than half a year now. Compared to other prop firms there is one thing at which the 5ers stands out to me: The trading conditions & execution. Spreads are stable & small and execution is great. Compared to other prop firms, in my experience, they offer the best trading execution/conditions in the industry. Regarding the customer support, it's fine. They respond quick, yet I do sometimes feel the support agents could be a bit more knowledgeable. Nevertheless, their support is good & reliable. ...

The spread is tight, fast payout, and overall been a great experience. So have withdraw my profit about 5-6 times now, never have any issue. But one thing I want to complain is the dashboard. Sometime it took a couple minutes to load.

Empresa séria com anos de mercado no ramo de mesa proprietaria, o que faz com que traga muito mais credibilidade para a mesma. Visto que hoje em dia com varias mesas prop caindo e deixando de lado seus operadores, esssa seriedade da 5%ers é impar.

They have the best spread and they don't work against you, they try their best into making sure you are successful with them, I was able to pass my 5k account stage 1 and 2 and I got my payout from them and I was able to scale up my account, the process was very smooth and easy.

Customer service was excellent and speedy at all times. I received payouts with no issue at all and have no complaints about the spread or commissions. Very impressed with the firm and would thoroughly recommend.
