I have been trading with the5ers for more than 6 months now and never had any issues considering customer support/payout/trading platform in the MT5. In fact, never had to raise concern with the support team even once after have been funded. The accounts from one phase to another or scale up accounts are generated in a day i.e next day. Received payout for 2 times without any issues.

the5ers is a good company, rated for quality, very good support. However, there are not many discount programs, the price compared to the general level is acceptable.

Till now i have purchased Three 100K Account and on one account I have passed phase 1 but unfortunately failed to pass phase 2. My overall journey with the5ers is satisfactory.

I bought 5ers 25k 3 step account in december just for 1 USD in the christmas offer. l lost it 18 march . but overall experience with them ' very good'

I have heard this firm for a long time, but only got the gut to try it last month. Out of all the propfirms I have tried, I like this the best because of the amount of effort by the staff to educate the traders daily from different speakers consistently.
