The spread is tight, fast payout, and overall been a great experience. So have withdraw my profit about 5-6 times now, never have any issue. But one thing I want to complain is the dashboard. Sometime it took a couple minutes to load.

What I liked most about the firm was their dedication to customer satisfaction. Their platform was easy to use, and they offered a wide range of trading options. But what truly stood out was their prompt payout process, which demonstrated their commitment to ensuring a positive experience for their traders.
While my experience with the firm was overwhelmingly positive, if I had to point out something I liked the least, it would be that their customer support could sometimes be slow to respond during peak trading hours. However, this was a minor inconvenience and didn't detract significantly from the overall positive experience with the firm.

The dashboard is clean and simple.The support team of 5ers is the best in the industry. The payout process is smooth. The best part is you can start trading just after you request payout. Unlike other firms that restrict you from trading until you get paid.
One has to be extra cautious during news as the slippage are too high, and SL is not triggered. My SL was placed at (-1%) and the incurred loss was (-2.6%). FYI I do not trade news I am a swing trader. And since that loss, I have been extra cautious during news and try to close all position before news. This is the only downside, rest it's all good with The5ers. Overall I had a great experience with The5ers.

As 5ers getting more popular, their business model slowly becoming less trader friendly. Nas100 spread is 152 pips in NY session with 2$ per Lot commission. This is not a good sign.

I've traded with multiple prop firms and I can say that 5ers is hands down the best firm in the industry right now. Everything from Customer service, to trading conditions is the best. I would not hesitate to buy a challenge with 5ers.

Unclear communication about which team handles payout requests and the business hours of the team handling payouts. So you could be sitting for 3 days over end-of-Thursday to Saturday without getting the payout.
