Traded forex (XAU/USD, GBP/USD, EUR/USD) on The5ers using SMC-based strategy, passed the evaluation and got funded. Received a payout last year — process was smooth, no issues with withdrawal. Platform execution was reliable throughout, spreads and fills were consistent, no complaints there. Rules and account structure were clear from the start, nothing hidden. Eventually the account didn't survive long-term — oversized a position after a good run of setups and got stopped out, so that part is on my own risk management, not the firm. Overall solid experience — got funded, got paid, platform held up. Would recommend, just bring your own discipline on sizing.

Sharing my experience so other traders can factor it into their risk calculation. Background: funded account, one consistent strategy the whole time — false breakouts of significant levels on US indices (Nasdaq / S&P 500), fixed fractional risk per trade, hard daily stop enforced by my own risk-management EA running on a VPS rented in my own name. The5ers reviewed, approved and paid three payouts in spring 2026 under exactly these conditions. Then a $5,900 payout came due, and the sequence was as follows: Aug 11 — video risk interview. I shared my screen, walked the analyst through the strategy on live charts, showed the dashboard, the mobile app and the VPS. The account was set to close-only "until the review ends," with a decision promised within 72 hours. At the analyst's request I emailed the full EA source code — twice. No reply, no confirmation of receipt. Aug 17 — a template letter terminating the account for "account integrity and exclusive ownership." No specific trades cited, no access logs, no T&C clause, no evidence of any kind. Payout denied, fee non-refundable. I have been the sole operator of this account at all times. I have formally disputed the decision, requested the specific evidence behind it, and offered a live bar-by-bar walkthrough of every trade with their analyst. I will update this review with the outcome. Draw your own conclusions, but understand the structural risk: with this firm, your profit split is only yours after they decide to send it — and the review that decides it can end in a generic accusation with nothing behind it.

Good and reliable firm, got no issues with them. Good customer support and best in industry in terms of forex. Cleared the account, made the profit becuase of greed unable to take payout.

I recently passed a 10k challenge with this firm as an American in the United States. We have to use the web trader and this is horrible and lagging especially if you’re trading mobile like I was. I placed my first trade and I was automatically liquidated way before my stoploss was hit and my account was closed due to daily loss breach. 10k account daily 5% loss I was liquidated at -$378. That is not 5%. So I reach out to support they tell me this account should not have closed. Risk team reaches out and says it should not have closed. They activate the account again but with the trade they liquidated still sticking instead of resetting the account to 10k. They literally interfered with my trade. When I reached out to them about resetting the balance they gave me a screenshot of a balance that was not mine and a threshold breach that was not mine. My dashboard reflected a totally different story than theirs and my account should have never been touched. They tell me that after looking more into it my account should have been closed and they deactivate it again. I’ve never experienced such incompetence and unprofessionalism from a prop firm. Horrible web trader A system that glitches A risk team that doesn’t understand the glitches An incorrect dashboard display (they will use numbers that do not reflect your dashboard to make decisions) I’m warning traders this is a bad decision especially if you’re in the states.

I’m very satisfied with my experience with The5ers so far. Everything has gone smoothly from the beginning, and the whole process has been professional and straightforward. The team is highly professional, responsive, and clearly knows what they’re doing. I also really appreciate how transparent and organized the platform is, which makes trading much more comfortable. Most importantly, my payout was processed and received very quickly, which gave me even more confidence in the company. The rules are clear, although traders should take the time to understand them, especially the restrictions around high-impact news events and risk management. As long as you follow the rules and trade with discipline, the program is straightforward. Overall, I think The5ers is a reliable prop firm with a good reputation. The spread is super impressive, the dashboard looks good but could be very better with showing account information and having a dope UI certificate section. Trading conditions are great and reason why I left a good review.
