Their live chat is quick to respond, which I appreciate—any issues I've had so far have been resolved fast. Excellent costumer support There was some problem during the challenge phase and after a month of discussion, they finally compromised with me. I think The5%ers are serious,

the experience was good, paid for a 5k challenge and the process was smooth. Qualified and got a funded account and the process has been excellent. I have also received the first payout which was smooth only problem is they use RISE to process payments and they are a bit slow to remit money from their wallet to my bank account

I won a bootcamp account from 5ers in a giveaway. I thought it was a great account until I found it has less leverage that doesn't suit my trading style. And then I thought the firm is a scam because they giveaway accounts with less leverage but as time passed by and I started trading with it, it made me patient and less emotional.
