The firm is good has good trading conditions good for all types of traders as they offer different challenges for scalpers and swing traders, would recommend it to anyone who wants fair trading conditions

I purchased a The5ers challenge account and successfully completed the evaluation. After passing, I received a funded live account. I completed the KYC and identity verification process successfully, and my account was approved as verified. I traded the funded account according to the rules and made a profit of $1,823. When I became eligible for a payout, I submitted my payout request. Instead of receiving my payout, I was asked to attend a verification interview. I attended the interview honestly, answered all questions to the best of my knowledge, and fully cooperated throughout the process. After waiting for the payout, I was informed that my account would be closed. Initially, I was told there were concerns regarding account ownership, even though my identity had already been verified and approved. Later, I received a different explanation related to my trading methodology and risk management. My payout was denied, my funded account was closed, and I was informed that the decision was final. I repeatedly offered to provide additional documents, attend another interview, or complete any further verification they required, but my requests were declined. From my personal experience, I felt disappointed because I believed I had fully cooperated with every stage of the verification process, yet I did not receive the opportunity to resolve the concerns or receive my pending payout.

I am the sole owner of this account, and I personally completed every trade without assistance from anyone. After I requested my payout, The5ers required an interview, which I attended. They then accused me of account ownership and integrity issues, but they have never provided any evidence to support those allegations. My payout was not paid, and my account was terminated based on claims that I firmly deny. In my view, the allegations were used as a reason to avoid paying my legitimate payout. I strongly warn other traders to be extremely cautious before purchasing an account from The5ers.

I've had a great experience with The 5ers. The evaluation process is straightforward, and the rules are clear, making it easier to focus on trading rather than worrying about hidden conditions. One thing I appreciate most is their emphasis on risk management and long-term consistency instead of encouraging reckless trading. Their customer support has been responsive whenever I've had questions, and payouts have been smooth and on time. The trading conditions are competitive, and the scaling plan provides a realistic opportunity to grow a funded account over time. Overall, my experience with The 5ers High Stakes 2-Step challenge has been great. The trading conditions are fantastic, especially for trading NAS100 and XAU (Gold), with reliable execution and smooth performance. Customer support is very quick and helpful whenever assistance is needed. Additionally, the dashboard is easy to navigate, and the KYC verification process is simple. While the payout process took a bit longer than expected about 15 days in my case but in the end they did successfully pay out . Overall, it is a great prop firm. 9.5/10

The trading experience was very good. This is my first Propfirm Account purchase and I was curious about it. But could not complete the Phase 2 and it got breached.

I got my first ever prop payout in December 2025 on a 5ers 5K account , this was paid under 24hrs and I subsequently have received upto 4 payouts since then to date on an additional 10k as well... I really like the firm's online support, this year there was a delay in payout processing but which was also sorted. Personally I surely rate this firm highly by my experience and working with them .. just recently they introduced a statistical feature on the certificates achievement milestone. Great place for traders 👍🏾

i bought 2.5k account for 2 steps challenge and scaled up to 3.5k. All the details on the dashbord are easy to refer and navigate. it helps a lot to manage my daily and overall loss level. Now, i got my first payout about 500usd and again scale up my accout to 5k account.
