Good Propfirm, I haven't had any problems in 5 months. The upside is the complete transparent support. I've had several questions and they have all been able to answer them, which shows a great amount of transparency in certain aspects cause that’s were most prop firm fail.

It’s has reasonable prices, it’s account scaling and the indices it offers are top tier
The fact that they only have 2 crypto pair and they couldn’t expand in that area of instruments.

I have an account with 5ers Prop Firm, and I’m very satisfied with their service. Their customer support is responsive and professional, spreads are very competitive, and the trading rules are clear and trader-friendly. Overall, it’s a reliable prop firm with excellent trading conditions. Highly recommended

I have worked with many funded firms, and a constant worry with most was whether I would actually receive my payout. However The 5ers firm is different. It is the only firm where I can fully focus on my trading and profits without that distraction. 😊

What I liked most about The5ers is the genuine sense of trust and freedom they provide.
In my experience The5ers gets everything right From clear rules and reliable payouts to professional support they have built what I consider the ideal prop trading firm where trust is the foundation

I purchased the S60K High Stakes challenge and successfully passed the first stage while following all trading rules. Later, due to territorial and compliance restrictions, The5ers stopped providing services to residents of Russia, which made it impossible for me to continue the program. I contacted their support team, explained the situation, and they handled everything very professionally. The team clearly communicated the options and offered a refund, which was processed smoothly and paid out in USDT (TRC20) within the stated timeframe. Overall, ...

I was particularly impressed by the professionalism and responsiveness of the support team when services were stopped due to territorial restrictions. They handled the situation very professionally, clearly communicated my options, and processed my refund smoothly and transparently in USDT.
The only downside was the unfortunate cessation of services to residents of my region due to compliance restrictions, which made it impossible to continue the program. This was beyond their control, but still disappointing.

Biweekly payout is good without Contracts. Only one thing i see in crypto withdrawal they provide only 1499 USD. Otherwise this prop is best

I bought the 20K 2 steps account and paid $10 extra to get cTrader. On 12th November, there was an unrealistic spike on their price feed which I didn't experience on other brokers and prop firms leading to losses. I talked to support and after a week they said my account had been compensated accordingly but by this time I was already on step 2 so I could not verify if they had done that. On 28th November, the same thing happened. This is besides the CME outage issue. I talked to support, they refused to compensate and offered $25 hub credits. I unw...

The live chat support team is very responsive.
Their cTrader price feed has spikes that are not on other brokers and prop firms. If you are a swing trader using pending orders this will cause significant losses. They will not reimburse you for the trades caused by technical issues on their side. They will force you to a platform you did not choose when buying a challenge.

I traded with The5ers, passed the evaluation, and reached the payout stage. Execution and platform access were fine, and my first payout was approved after a review. Things changed during my second payout. The lack of transparency once an account is flagged. Even when only 1–2 trades out of 41 were considered “matching,” payouts were stopped and accounts were terminated with very limited explanation beyond high-level statements. While the firm did share the trades in question, there was little room to account for probability, broader trading history, or normal market overlap. Once flagged, the process felt conclusive rather than investigative, which makes it hard for traders to understand or correct issues going forward.

Things changed during my second payout. My payouts were stopped and all my accounts were terminated due to what was described as “account relations and similar trading patterns.” The risk team did share the trades they believed were matching — however, the scale of the decision is what’s hard to accept. Across the entire account, there were 41 total trades. The issue ultimately came down to 1–2 trades that were considered “matching.” In a market with thousands of traders, trading the same liquid pairs, during the same major sessions, it feels entirely possible — even expected — that a couple of trades can look similar without any coordination or copying taking place. From my side, all trading was manual and independent. Despite providing explanations and additional context, once those trades were flagged, the process
