I redeemed this 5k account through PFM.Customer support and trading conditions are the main positive factor of this firm.I never experienced any slippage by using this firm which the best in comparing with other firms.I scaled this account 5k to 7.5k now which is another unique feature of 5ers.I got my payout within 24hrs.Only thing i do not like with this firm is account processing time after each stage which is is taking upto 3 days and can't say that it's a big drawbacks while considering other factors.

There customer care experience is just lost of time they forward query one to another nd cant listen your complete problem nd u just mail and they reply after 2 days I have an account that is terminated that help desk tell 504 loss is left so i taken a trade with 0.1 lots nd they breached my daily pause nd after they just reply your daily pause hitted they only waste of time with 5%ears
