The fees are minimal, but it doesn't matter how good the company is if they don't pay. I've booked with them 5 times and they only failed to pay once. Many people confirm that they had meetings lasting longer than 5 days and received payment, but the company applies this on a case-by-case basis.
They didn't say they wouldn't process the payment without an interview when I received the bill. I received bills 5 times in a year, but once I tried to get a payment, they made up an excuse without even conducting an interview.

The company has not processed my payout since April 9. The first payout attempt was simply canceled by the company without any email notification or proper explanation. The payout status disappeared and there was absolutely no communication from support until I contacted live chat myself. The second payout attempt turned into a very long and exhausting process. The payout process has been extremely slow and inconsistent. My payout has been pending since April 9 with multiple delays, repeated “risk reviews”, and canceled payout attempts without clear explanations. Communication via email is slow, and updates often require multiple follow-ups through live chat. The lack of clear timelines and transparency around payouts has been the most frustrating part of the experience.
