I started with prop firm accounts in February of this year. I blew through about 5 accounts before this, but I learned from my mistakes. Then, just in September, I managed to get funded with The5ers on the 100k Summer Plan (2-Step). Honestly, The5ers has been super transparent throughout my entire journey and they always come through with payouts for funded traders. That really motivates me to keep improving month after month. My short-term goal is to have half a million dollars under management. Don't give up—it's a long and tough process, but it's totally worth it. I highly recommend The5ers, coming from a trader in Peru aiming to become a benchmark in trading in my country.

My limit order didn’t get triggered after 3 trades of winning. Both entry and take profit limit didn’t triggered. I have to open and close it manually at a worse price when I realized. The only thing still working is SL limit which triggered immediately! Not once but several times!! I have 5 entry limit order and 3 TP order that don't get triggered. 1 SL is working immediately. This is ridiculous and unacceptable!! Contacted their support few times, didnt provide any solution and compensate on it, keep asking me to wait for their technical team to contact me which until today i didnt receive one. One of their support Seun even ended my chat directly. I hope this platform can help me to raise this matter and let the people know how irresponsible they are!!

The rules for the challenge was very straightforward foward and easy to follow, and immediately i passed the challenge the account was marked as pass and i got my funded account the very next day. the process was very easy

i passed 5k account 2 step in may , for my first payout in june of 154$ then second payout in august of 168$ and then completed total 10% in sep which scaled that 5k account to 7.5k and now i got my third payout in oct of 355$ , it was a good journey with 5ers , last 2 payouts processed and received in just 2-3hrs after request.

The5ers is an exceptional prop firm for day traders. The platform runs smoothly, account rules are transparent, and their team is very responsive. Ellis from their team has been wonderful to work with. Definitely one of the best firms in the industry!

My experience was very smooth with the The5ers, customer service was good that you get quick replies in the emails. Payouts are very smooth and within stipulated time as they mentioned I got the payout. Overall my experience with The5ers is good so far.

My trading account has been wrongfully deactivated since the 19th, and my legitimate refund under Invoice ID: 1000745788 (Customer ID: 102050547) is being  withheld by them. I went out of my way to provide an official, stamped, and signed bank verification letter directly from my bank (IDBI Bank, Tarabai Park Branch) explicitly proving that my account and card are 100% active, unblocked, and fully capable of receiving international refunds. Despite providing valid banking proof, their support team gives standard automated rejections,  claims they "cannot do anything," closes the support tickets, and rudely offers a meager $30 in dashboard credits instead of my actual capital! Now they claim their website and CTrader changed, leaving customers.  Either process my full refund back to my bank account immediately or restore my account!
