Customer support was good but I didn't reached the payout actually my experience in trading with this propfirm was good I breached my account so I can't tell the payout experience propfirmmatch is the best platform to get the best price to purchase any challenges . their customer support to be helpful. ​Unfortunately, I breached my account before reaching the payout stage, so I cannot personally comment on the payout process
