Overall, my experience with The 5ers High Stakes 2-Step challenge has been great. The trading conditions are fantastic, especially for trading NAS100 and XAU (Gold), with reliable execution and smooth performance. Customer support is very quick and helpful whenever assistance is needed. Additionally, the dashboard is easy to navigate, and the KYC verification process is simple. While the payout process took a bit longer than expected about 15 days in my case but in the end they did successfully pay out . Overall, it is a great prop firm. 9.5/10

I got my first ever prop payout in December 2025 on a 5ers 5K account , this was paid under 24hrs and I subsequently have received upto 4 payouts since then to date on an additional 10k as well... I really like the firm's online support, this year there was a delay in payout processing but which was also sorted. Personally I surely rate this firm highly by my experience and working with them .. just recently they introduced a statistical feature on the certificates achievement milestone. Great place for traders 👍🏾

i bought 2.5k account for 2 steps challenge and scaled up to 3.5k. All the details on the dashbord are easy to refer and navigate. it helps a lot to manage my daily and overall loss level. Now, i got my first payout about 500usd and again scale up my accout to 5k account.

The problem started only when I requested a $982.47 payout: my account was suddenly placed under a "Risk Management" review, my funded account and a newly purchased High Stakes account were both terminated, and my Discord access was blocked. For most of the two years the conditions were good and payouts were smooth across roughly 16 withdrawals. What I did not expect was that once I requested a larger payout, they would suddenly close both my accounts and keep changing the justification each time I responded — without ever providing the evidence I asked for. After years as a loyal client, the way the payout stage was handled completely broke my trust in them.

After around two years and roughly 16 smooth withdrawals using the exact same strategy, requesting a larger $982.47 payout triggered a sudden "Risk Management" review that ended with both my funded and newly purchased High Stakes accounts being terminated. What bothered me most was that I was given several different justifications for the same decision — each time I refuted one reason, a new and different one appeared, and none of them was ever backed by the trade IDs or audit log I repeatedly asked for. On top of that, my Discord access was blocked once I raised the issue. For a firm that was reliable for years, the way the payout stage was handled completely destroyed my trust.

Summary
I requested a $982.47 payout after roughly 2 years with the firm and around 16 successful payouts using the same manual strategy. On the same day I requested it, the firm scheduled a verification interview, and I accepted and joined immediately — even joining early. I had nothing to hide: I trade my own account, no one else has ever accessed it, and my instant willingness to do the interview the same day reflects that. At the start of the interview I openly explained that I am a native Arabic speaker and my English is not strong, so I would speak slowly to make sure I understood correctly. I fully cooperated with every request. At one point the interviewer asked me to open MT5 and go through folder after folder; I asked what specifically was needed, and instead of explaining, he simply told me to do as asked, which I did. At the end, I asked him directly whether he needed anything further from me. He said no, thanked me, and ended the call. Despite this full cooperation, both my funded account and a newly purchased High Stakes account were terminated shortly after. I was then given several different justifications for the same decision — each time I refuted one reason, a new and different one appeared — and I was never provided the specific trade IDs or audit log proving any violation. My Discord access was also blocked after I raised the issue. I believe my limited English during the interview was misread as a lack of trading knowledge. But a 2-year clean record, 16 completed payouts, my immediate acceptance of a same-day interview, and my full cooperation all contradict that conclusion — and none of it justifies terminating my accounts or changing the stated reason three times.

I'm really happy with the firm and their services are great and genuine. I don't have any concern about their rules and regulations. Spreads are consistently low, execution is fast even during high volatility, and the drawdown and risk guidelines are realistic and trader-friendly.
