I have good trading experience on the5ers , good customer care and great dashboard in there so can analyze the trading history so easily and can correct the some faults too , and there little higher spread have but overall is good 👍

This is my third payment; I received 11k the first time, then 5k, and now 5,400. For this last one, they requested an interview, but they were very cordial and kind, and everything went smoothly

This firm gives payout within one day. And overall support is good . But issue in spreads but gives flexibility of leverage. The rules and prices of firm is reasonable

Account terminated over an undisclosed calculation — 1.5 years, multiple accounts, zero transparency I've purchased accounts from The5ers for over 1.5 years. Every time I lost an account before, I accepted it — I assumed I'd violated a clear rule. This time is different, and after this much history, the pattern feels too convenient to ignore. Account #26660502 (High Stakes). At server midnight: Balance $2,604.09, Equity $2,662.38 (a $58.29 floating profit from a position still open from the previous day). Since equity was higher, my 5% daily loss limit was set from $2,662.38 = $133.12, floor = $2,529.26. The open position (US30 Sell, opened 09.09.26 21:45, closed 10.09.26 07:07, entry $52,480.56, exit $52,570.61) reversed and closed at -$97.25. Support's explanation: my $58.29 floating profit from the prior day was effectively counted as part of my loss once the position reversed back toward my balance level — pushing my "total loss" to ~$155, over the $133 limit, even though the actual closed loss on the trade was only $97.25. Nowhere in The5ers' public terms, FAQ, or Help Center is this explicitly and clearly disclosed to clients: that a floating profit carried over from the previous day gets folded into your protected capital, and losing it back counts against your daily loss limit exactly like a new loss. Traders are simply not told this in plain language before it costs them a fully evaluated account. I'm not disputing the 5% rule itself. I'm disputing being terminated by a mechanism that isn't transparently explained anywhere I could find before opening an account. After 1.5 years and multiple purchases, I expected better clarity from a firm I trusted and recommended to others. Do your own research on how overnight floating P/L is actually treated before you fund an evaluation with them.

I am writing this review to warn everyone about the unreasonable, unprofessional, and blatant behavior from The5ers. If you are considering trading with this prop firm, please read my story carefully to avoid wasting your time and money. I am a completely independent trader. In late 2025, I was managing a $100,000 Funded Account with The5ers (My MT5 Account Number: 25750139). All my trading activities strictly followed their rules. Everything was fine until I consistently made profits and was just about to reach the scaling plan to upgrade my capital to $125,000. Right at the moment I was about to scale up, The5ers suddenly banned my account without mercy and denied my pending $3,500 payout. Their excuse? They accused me of violating their "Coordinated Trading" rule with another account. This is an insult! I trade 100% on my own, based on my personal analysis, executing trades on my own device and IP address. I do not use any EA copy trade, third-party tools, or participate in any signal groups. To prove my innocence, I repeatedly emailed their support team, urgently requesting a live video interview so I could explain my trading strategy in detail. I was more than willing to demonstrate my market analysis and the thought process behind every single trade I took. However, my willingness to cooperate was met with blunt rejections and automated template emails avoiding the issue. They failed to provide a single piece of concrete evidence showing who or what I supposedly "coordinated" with, completely stripping me of my right to defend my account. What's even worse is that after speaking with the trading community, I found out I am not the only victim.
