My experience with this firm has been extremely disappointing. I successfully passed the evaluation, traded the funded account profitably, and reached the payout stage. Before the payout, I was asked to complete a compliance interview, which I attended and fully cooperated with. I provided all requested documents, demonstrated ownership of my devices and accounts, and answered every question during the call. Despite this, my account was terminated because the company claimed that my explanation during the interview did not match trades that had be...

Before the compliance issue, I appreciated the overall trading conditions, platform stability, and the opportunity to access funded capital through a structured evaluation process. The rules were clear, and my experience during the evaluation and funded trading phase was positive until the payout review.
The biggest issue was the compliance process. My funded account and payout were denied because my explanation during a short interview allegedly did not match trades executed more than a month earlier. I believe this is not a fair or objective way to assess account ownership, especially for discretionary trading. Despite providing all requested documents, attending the interview, demonstrating ownership of my accounts and devices, and fully cooperating throughout the review, my account was closed without what I consider objective evidence of third-party trading. I also never received a response to my detailed appeal. As a result, I lost my funded account, my challenge fee, and the profits I had generated despite successfully passing the evaluation and trading profitably.

Alleged account ownership concerns after compliance interwiew
Summary
My payout was denied and my funded account was terminated after a compliance interview. The firm stated that my explanation of my trading strategy during the interview did not match the execution of trades placed more than one month earlier. I fully cooperated throughout the review, provided all requested documents, demonstrated ownership of my accounts and devices, and attended the interview. I requested objective evidence supporting the allegation but none was provided. As a result, I lost my payout, my funded account, the challenge fee I had paid, and all the profits I had generated despite successfully passing the evaluation and trading the funded account profitably.

I’ve successfully received my second payout from The5ers, and the entire process was transparent and smoothly. The team was supportive and professional. I'm grateful to be part of such a trustworthy prop firm. If you're a disciplined trader and follow the rules, you don’t need to hesitate. Thank you, The5ers!

The thing I like the most is their reliability. I've received two payouts without any issues, and the process was smooth. They reward consistency and good risk management, which is exactly what I'm looking for in a prop firm.
Honestly, I haven't experienced any significant downsides so far. My experience has been smooth, from the evaluation process to receiving my payouts.

My experience with The5ers became disappointing after my funded account was terminated during a payout request despite having multiple successful payouts previously. The company classified my trading as "uncommercial" due to concentrated profits and a pattern of taking selective trades. I traded a high-probability strategy, often waiting for specific market conditions rather than trading frequently. The company argued that reducing my lot size from the evaluation phase to the funded phase represented an unacceptable change in risk profile. However, ...

My Experience with The5ers – Account Terminated After Multiple Successful Payout Cycles
Summary
I have been a funded trader with The5ers and successfully traded their capital according to my own strategy. After several payout cycles, my account was suddenly terminated when I submitted another payout request. The reason provided was that my trading was considered "uncommercial," involving "disproportionate concentrated exposure," "speculative gambling," and an alleged pattern of taking one trade to hit a payout target and then stopping. I strongly disagree with this conclusion. My trading approach is a high-probability, selective strategy. I do not trade every day simply to create activity. In professional trading, patience and capital preservation are also important parts of risk management. When market conditions do not meet my criteria, I choose not to trade rather than forcing unnecessary positions. The company also argued that I changed my risk profile because I reduced my position size from 40 lots during the evaluation stage to 12.5 lots in the funded stage. However, this interpretation ignores a fundamental principle of trading risk management: risk is not determined by lot size alone. Actual risk depends on position size, stop-loss distance, and account equity. My actual trading risk remained around 1–2% per trade, and reducing exposure when managing a funded account is, in my view, a responsible risk management decision rather than evidence of misconduct. Another factor was The5ers' payout processing time, which often took around 12–14 days. During this period, I chose to pause trading while waiting for the payout to be completed. The company later interpreted this as me intentionally stopping after a winning trade to exploit the payout cycle, despite my explanation that it was a risk management choice while awaiting payment. What disappointed me most was the changing justification for the termination. Initially, I was accused of "uncommercial trading behaviour" and "speculative gambling." Later, the focus shifted to my reduced lot size and the fact that my profits came from a small number of high-quality trades. I never exceeded the drawdown limits, never violated any explicit maximum risk rule, and always traded in good faith. My concern is that profitable but selective trading was retrospectively classified as unacceptable only when a payout was requested. I asked the company to provide a clear calculation showing how my actual risk percentage violated their rules and to identify the exact rule that prohibits a trader from reducing their risk in a funded account. I did not receive an explanation that addressed these technical points. I respect that proprietary firms have the right to manage their business risk and establish rules. However, traders should clearly understand whether a strategy that passes evaluation, follows risk limits, and produces profits can later be rejected because the profit distribution or trading frequency does not fit an undefined expectation. I am sharing my experience so other traders can make informed decisions before joining the program.

great spreads and execution spreads with minimal slippage. It takes about 48 hrs to get funded account details and about the same to get a payout as well, but it's 100% reliable and professional. You couldn't improve it any more. i feel like the dashboard can be a bit slow when switching between accounts and also since firms now are processing in under 24 hours i think that's where they could get faster also on activating scaling accounts

nothing wrong but other firms in the past year have started having their KYC and funded accounts and payouts issued slightly faster with some other firms doing it in 1 hour but now a lot of firms are doing it under 24hours

Dear Traders. The5ers is one of my favorite prop-firm in the market. But it was before they do not delayed my payouts. Now I'm facing delays over delays, and some of the payout requests haven't been proceeded yet. For example: 27.05.2026 I requested 518$ from my scaled 12,5K account and for no reason they haven't paid me yet. I've contacted the support, asking why are such postponements became a common deal. They answered "due to internal technical difficulties". Why do you write then 2-4 business days on the dashboard? They are averaving to pay...

The5ers are transparent and fair with their trader. At least that what I expierienced in 2025. As soon as 2026 begun and I request some payouts they were constantly delaying them and telling me that all is OK, I should wait a bit.
1. The necessety to contact the support constantly. Every payout I should remind them to proceed it 2. Long-time until the funds arrive
