Crazy fast response from customer support. Also seamless account processing, i received my funded account 8hrs from passing phase 2 of my 5k. And they payout quick as well. About 10 mins and they had approved and submitted my payout to rise. 10/10 prop firm Only thing they could improve on is the client area dashboard ui. Maybe add the journal calendar instead of having a list of the daily order history. Either way highly satisfied

Experienced problems every time when logging into the client portal, support was great and the over all trading experience was great. I breached my account because I did not properly reviewing the terms & conditions.

I purchased a $5000 challenge back in August 2025 on Top One Trader. I passed the Challenge within 2-3 months and got my funded account in October 2025. The customer service for me was excellent, and the trading conditions were more than fair. Their rules are exactly what any trader could expect; they aren't set up to fail you. I certainly became a better trader than I was before trading on a prop firm. The payout process surprised me the most. I got paid in less than half an hour after requesting a payout. I thought it would take at least 48 workin...

Rules are there and you need read through, good thing is there is soft breach can trigger you. Everything is fast, from step to funded. Payout within day. Actually only less than 3 hour approve.

Trading condition like spread/slippage is fine.Fast response on enquiry and fast payout. First payout from them, and it takes only 3-4 hours to complete the process.

Overall good. I bought so many accounts. I trust and recommended. reached funded, they mailed that i will receive funded account in 72 hours. but i received the account within 3 hours. Risk team is well and good. I havent gone till payout, so I dont know exactly about payment. Dashboard, customer care and all is fine

I like TopOne's available assets and good spreads, user-friendly dashboard, and I've never had any issues with them. However, I end up losing my account because of their 1% risk policy.
