I like TopOne's available assets and good spreads, user-friendly dashboard, and I've never had any issues with them. However, I end up losing my account because of their 1% risk policy.

Quick payout! Literally in few minutes! Great customer service. Got funded and received first payout in less than a month! I have 2 50k funded accounts, and 1 breached during challenge phase.

Unnecessary account breach I opened an 'Instant Account' with Top One Trade on March 31, 2026, which included a trailing loss rule. My total daily loss limit was around 153; I placed one bad trade that resulted in a loss of approximately 148, and they breached my account. When I contacted support, I received no solution-the support service is absolutely terrible.

I'm funded with a 2step 100k account. Overall experience is very good. I received my first payout with this firm. It was approved and paid in less than two hours

Clear rules and impeccable customer service: real people communicate with you, not bots. My first payout was rejected due to a clear rule I hadn't seen (my fault), but the second payout was accepted and validated within minutes. I recommend it!

My experience with this prop firm has been extremely positive. I started with the 100K Nova challenge and was given multiple retry opportunities at no additional cost until I successfully passed the evaluation. The loss limit was reached, but the account loss didn't reach the specified amount. I've been contacting support for over a week, and they keep saying that the loss limit displayed on the dashboard isn't necessarily accurate. And there's a small square on the dashboard that's the real one. This is the first time in my life I've heard of this.
