Good customer service but the rule about not being able to replicate the strategy across other accounts doesn't make sense to me, I had 6 accounts and they ended up blocking my 4 payouts for operating all 6 in a similar way

I started with 4 150k accounts and after making over 45k in total profit and requesting a 10,500 payout they utilized their ambiguous rule to only payout 4K. The profits are not taken out from the account, they are taken from your payout. Also the scalped trades in questions accounted for 6k out of 40k. Surprise surprise here’s another prop firm who loves to withhold our hard earned money when it’s payout time.

I passed my funded account and I was suppose to get paid of $1016 and they only make payment to Rise account and which I provided and they went ahead to pay me $184 instead of my initial 80% of $1016 and I have been writing their support but they don’t want to rectify the error

Honestly, I wasn't expecting to receive my payout, but in less than a day I received my payout. And on top of that, they have something that makes you happy - like when you request your payout and you've violated a certain rule, they won't delete your account to avoid paying. On the contrary, they'll notify you and tell you they deducted a small amount for the violation and you receive your full money. It's a beautiful thing and I'm proud and I hope to stay with them always.
