Its heartbreaking to wait 3 days for a payout and then receive a utterly non sense reply stating third party is involved. Whereas I only trade in my account using 2 devices one laptop and one mobile they can check IP address during power cut I may have used mobile date for a just small amount of time. At my home only me and my husband is there who don't know forex trading. I have CCTV at my home. I didn't even travelled outside of my home. So Traders don't waste your time in this firm, I trusted them as Tradeify Futures is a trusted Brand. I worked tirelessly for this payout so its hurting me most. I suspect as mine was a valid payout they missed 24 hour deadline so may have to pay 1000 extra so they have replied with this non sense reason that third party is involed in handling my account. All genuine traders be careful while investing your money and time in this firm.

I had an instant funded account of $100K with open positions which has a loss <1% as seen from the attachment. However, this account was breached mentioning that the equity fell down to $77K which is unbelievable. Don't spend your hard earned money on this.

I purchased 5K 2 steps classic and everything going smooth. the platform MT5 is highly fast execution and the spread is very good. Their Discord channel are active and traders asks about everything and the support guys are answering . I did not made a payout yet but overall is seems professional and i will update on next days. Payout of $2,880 cancelled after a long wait; no clear answers on my appeal (Tradeify FX) I requested a $2,880 payout from my Tradeify FX account on October 14. The dashboard said processing usually takes 3–5 business days. After about 17 hours I was asked to complete a mandatory KYT assessment, which I completed myself on my laptop. For the next five days I was given different timelines by support (24 business hours, then 24–48 business hours, then a statement that the KYT had not been completed when first requested). On October 19, the Risk Team emailed that my account was permanently terminated and the payout cancelled, citing weak answers in the assessment, hyperactivity and excessive layering, and possible third-party help. I traded the account myself. I asked for the specific trades and rule clauses behind this decision, and whether I could appeal. I did not receive specific trades or clauses, and the Risk Team did not reply to my appeal questions. Tradeify FX's published Trading Rules Overview says scalping and martingale are allowed, that there is no minimum hold time or fixed number of trades, and that the overall pattern is assessed. I could not find "layering" or "grid" listed as prohibited there. I understand the rules do prohibit hyperactivity and ultra-short-term scalping, but I was given no examples and no clear threshold. The Risk Team offered to refund my $500 evaluation fee. Because my appeal questions were not answered, I accepted the refund first, so that I would not risk losing it. It felt unfair to have to choose between an appeal and getting my fee back. The $500 refund did arrive on October 22, 2026, which I appreciate. Support was polite, but the process was slow, the answers were inconsistent and the ticket was "escalated" many times without clear replies. Please read the rules on hyperactivity, EAs, KYT and risk limits carefully before buying, and expect a long wait for payouts.

Had a great experience with Tradeify FX. My first payout was approved within 36 hours, and the whole process was smooth. Good trading conditions and a firm that has been reliable in my experience. Looking forward to continuing with them!
