I spent 20 days trading on an Instant Pro account and reached the payout. They rejected my first payout because of an absurd rule: you must wait 30 minutes between trades, or the losses combine and breach the 1% limit. They didn't warn me until I requested my money! ​I reset the account and continued. Then came the '2-minute Stop Loss'. I opened two trades (one was a small lot by mistake). I am 100% sure I set an SL, but due to a Wi-Fi issue, one trade registered a violation. Now support says: you must complete the 15% consistency target for 7 days so we can take this payout too, then you can start over for yourself! They are never helpful.

I had 3 accounts with them: 2 Funded accounts of $100,000 each — Account #136500 and Account #127206 — and 1 account in Phase 2 of a $100,000 challenge — Account #139260. Previously, I had already received 2 payouts from Account #127206 without any issues. It was not until May 3 that I requested the 3rd payout from Account #127206 for $2,496 USD, and Account #136500 was already ready for payout with $1,094 USD. On May 6, I passed Phase 1 of a $100,000 Challenge I had purchased, and that same day I received the credentials for Phase 2 — Account #139260. That same day, May 6, I received 6 consecutive emails from the company: -1 email stating that the payout had been rejected due to “Risk Detected.” -3 emails titled “Account Cancellation,” stating that my 3 accounts had been cancelled due to “Penalty: Account Cancellation.” -1 “password change” email for my dashboard account on the platform, which obviously I did not change myself. -1 email from the “Risk Department” stating that they were terminating my 3 accounts due to “toxic trading.” I add here the evidence. In all the accounts I had, I did not break the risk rules even once, nor the stop-loss rule, nor the news trading rule. I tried to contact them so they could review what they unjustifiably did, but we already know how these companies operate. I request that they reconsider, pay what is owed, restore the accounts, and review the case I tried to contact the Support and Risk departments via email throughout the entire month of May, but I did not receive any response. I also tried to contact the CEOs through their Instagram accounts, but they did not reply.

I have over 6 months of experience with WSFUNDED, and so far it has been excellent. The rules are clear, and if for any reason you happen to violate a minor rule, you receive a notification and they don't take away your account. The dashboard is very clear. On the other hand, customer service is 24/7, very precise and effective.

Payout rejected, accused of a violation, no evidence provided I want to describe my real experience at the payout stage. My payout was rejected based on an alleged violation of the trading rules. In other words, a serious accusation was made against me, but no specific evidence was provided: no exact trade, no account, no date, no time, no rule, and no clear logic behind the decision to reject the payout. After the rejection, I carefully reviewed my Trading Journal. I manually checked my trades, the opening and closing times of positions, the accounts, and my trading history. I tried to find a possible mistake on my side, but after this review I did not find any violation that could be objectively referred to. After that, I started contacting the company every day through different official channels: - I emailed the "Risk Department"; - I contacted the "live chat" on the website; - I wrote in "Discord"; - I asked them to forward my case to the responsible department; - I asked them to specify the exact violation and provide evidence. But after a full week, I still have not received a substantive response. They have not explained which exact trade violated the rules, which account raised concerns, which specific rule was violated, or what data was used as the basis for rejecting my payout. If there was really a violation, I am ready to accept it. But in that case, the company should provide the specific rule, the specific trade, and clear evidence. Right now, the situation looks like this: the payout was rejected, an accusation was made, but no evidence or proper explanation was provided. I am asking the company to officially review my case and provide a clear answer: which rule was violated, by which trade, on which account, at what time, and based on what data. If the company provides specific evidence or honestly reviews the decision, I will update this review. But at the moment, my experience is extremely negative: payout rejected, the Risk Department is silent, support does not provide any status, and the trader is left without an explanation after the payout rejection. This is why I have a reasonable concern: a trader’s payout is rejected, they are accused of violating the rules, no evidence is provided, no clear answer is given, and the trader is effectively left without any real opportunity to defend their position.

My experience with WSFunded has been excellent. The evaluation process is clear, the rules are well defined, and support has always responded quickly and professionally to my inquiries. The platform works correctly, the tracking dashboards are very useful, and payouts are managed efficiently. Additionally, I really value the company's transparency and constant communication with the community.
