One of the best and one of the most underrated prop firm out there in the whole industry. I've never ever heard anyone complaints about their payouts,,. Their customer support is something they don't compromise on - Replies within minutes. They took few minutes to migrate my account from Phase 1 to Phase 2.

CFT initiated the Ascend Challenge in support of flood relief efforts in Spain. Wanting to contribute to the Spanish community, I purchased a 100K challenge for $780. Despite all my trades being clean and transparent, they refused to pay me the $4,200 I rightfully earned, citing an unreasonable excuse. In Telegram groups, they delete messages from honest traders voicing their concerns. I have reached out to numerous traders from different countries who have also been denied their payouts by CFT. They promise 100x leverage in crypto trades. But they don't pay.
Even if you make all your trades cleanly and honestly, they give you absurd reasons not to process your payout. When you write in the Telegram group, your message is deleted and you're blocked. When you send an email, they don't respond. Not only do they refuse to pay the money you've earned, but they also don't refund the money you paid for the account you purchased. On social media, they send the same emails to many honest traders and refuse to make the payments.

Hi Mehmet, We’re sorry to see this review, but we need to clarify that the payout was not denied without reason. Following a full review of the account, our Risk Team determined that the trading activity violated Section 4.2.5 of our Terms and Conditions due to the level and nature of the risk taken. These rules apply to all traders and are in place to ensure responsible and consistent risk management. Although the payout could not be approved, we proceeded with a full refund of the challenge fee. Therefore, the claim that CFT refused both the payout and the refund is not accurate. We understand that you may disagree with the decision, but it was based on the account activity and the applicable rules, not on an intention to withhold funds.

CFT has good crypto spreads and executions, the targets are achievable,the only thing that I don't like is the 30 days/15 trading days payout rule, it should be reduced and come down to at least 14 days payout rule

As we told you, there were not any technical error, so we can't give you back your account because closing the account was correct.
Summary
This platform intentionally disables stop-loss (SL) triggers, causing clients to hold 'hedging' positions, then claims the user is in breach of the rules. In their email, they stated: "There were no technical errors, so we can't give you back your account because closing the account was correct." They refuse to admit any fault. Regarding my account, there were two technical errors that led to me holding two opposite positions, resulting in a claim of 'hedging rule' breach: (1) The position stop-loss (SL) did not trigger properly, closing only 20% of my position, and in some cases, not closing anything at all. (2)The conditional trigger order did not close my position but opened an opposite one instead. Despite communicating with customer support, they continue to reject my appeals and deny my account restoration. Additionally, they keep deleting my messages, which is disappointing and shows they are afraid of clients exposing their unethical behavior. Without proper clarification, I believe this platform operates like a scam, taking users' funds without any valid reason. Please be cautious and avoid using this service, as they will take your funds without justification.

Hi Richard, We need to clarify that Crypto Fund Trader does not intentionally disable stop-loss orders or create opposite positions to cause account breaches. Your case was reviewed using the trading platform logs, and no technical malfunction was identified. The account opened and managed the positions according to the orders submitted through the platform. As a result, opposite positions were held simultaneously, which constituted a violation of the hedging rules applicable to the account. Stop-loss orders can also be affected by available liquidity, market volatility, and partial execution. This does not mean that the platform intentionally prevented an order from closing. Your appeal was reviewed before the final decision was made, and the account could not be restored because the breach was confirmed by the trading records. Messages may also be removed from public community channels when they relate to an individual account case, as these matters must be handled privately through the appropriate support channels. We understand that you disagree with the outcome, but the decision was based on the account activity and platform records, not on an attempt to take your purchase fee or create an artificial violation.

My experience with Crypto Fund Trader was deeply disappointing and raises serious concerns about their business practices. Hi Madlena, We’re sorry to see this review, but we need to clarify that the account action was taken because the maximum funded allocation permitted under our Terms and Conditions was exceeded. The allocation limit applies to the total amount of active funded capital assigned to a trader. It is not based on whether the trader has already logged into or placed trades on the newest account. After the third account was completed, your total funded allocation exceeded the maximum allowed amount, which resulted in a violation of the applicable rules. These limits are in place for all traders and are stated in our Terms and Conditions. We understand that you may disagree with the outcome, but the decision was based on the maximum allocation rule and not on an arbitrary account termination.
