He estado haciendo trading con ellos durante casi un año desde finales de 2024, y honestamente ha sido una experiencia refrescante. Condiciones de trading sólidas en su MT5, pero lo mejor de la firma para mí es el soporte. Su equipo de soporte en Discord, Hydra, me ayudó a resolver algunos problemas que tenía. They seemed very good until they denied my payout. I had no issues with anything until the point of denial for fake reasons.
Denying payout and breaching account with no warnings even though they stated that through their customer support. When I showed them proof of my VPS location, they just kept denying and breached my account. They also banned me from trading with them ever again.

Aqua Funded denied my payout of 3000$, claiming my account had accessed their platform from a restricted region (Singapore)
Resumen
I exclusively used a VPS located in Amsterdam, and I provided substantial evidence to prove this: Documentation from my VPS provider confirming the IP address belongs to a server in Amsterdam. Verification from multiple IP geolocation services showing the same. Other prop firms recognize this IP address as Amsterdam-based. My Concerns No Prior Warning: I specifically asked Aqua Funded's live support if they would notify me of any potential issues before breaching my account. They assured me this would happen, but I received no warning before my account was breached and my payout denied. Lack of Accountability: Despite providing clear evidence, Aqua Funded has maintained their position without explaining why their geolocation tools differ from industry standards.

Aquafunded es una buena prop firm en la industria, recibí pagos tres veces sin problemas. News rule on a GOLD trade but during a GBP news
Resumen
At the fourth payout they applied a huge reduction on my split because the news rule that is very tricky and not clear at all. They tell to not trade within the 10 minutes window and this is ok but effectively you don't know what news you can trade and what you can't. If you try to reach the support, they will tell you that a news can last from 30 minutes to 2 hours, there's not clarity and is very foggy. For example, my reduction has been made on a GOLD trade closed 34 minutes after a GBP news. Not USD related. This is because a news can last from 30 minutes to 2 hours for them, a thing never heard with the other prop firms. They told me " you need to do your own research on Google to figure out how much a news will last".

Stop-loss orders execute at the next available market price; in fast moves, that can result in slippage. We don’t intervene in individual executions—fills reflect market conditions and provider quotes. On the dashboard point, we’re aware that refresh timing can occasionally lag behind live platform data, and we’re working to tighten update intervals and reconciliation so key metrics display more promptly and accurately.
