Actually, a problem caused me to write this review here. The trades I opened in Matchtrader started to close by themselves. Because of this, I lost about 700$ in my funded account. I asked to change the platform, and I didn't ask for any compensation for my losses, because companies don't take responsibility in such cases. However, the friends in customer support quickly took care of the situation and added all the losses to my balance, even though I didn't ask for them. This is the only prop-firm i have used and they have been so caring and quick to answer my requests with no issues. One of the best customer services i have experienced and after every phase, they reviewed my trading quickly and provided me with the next phase account quickly with no problem i haven't traded the real account yet and idk about the payout process. so i can't comment but i am trusting that it will be like the customer care and be 5 star. i will definitely be buying more challenges from aqua funded

Got my payout partially denied because I traded 20 lots USDJPY 2 minutes and 7 seconds before an AUD news (the trade lasted ~1 hour) Their rules say you cannot trade news 2 minute before and after RED NEWS if you're using more than 25% of your margin or you get your profit deducted. Their leverage is 1:100 as they advertise on website so 20 lots USDJPY is almost 20% of margin. Also to be precise opening the trade 2 minutes and 7 seconds is still in the rules. I basically got blatantly scammed even if my trade was within the rules
