Simplicity of the rules and overall structure. No hidden conditions and no unnecessary consistency rules, trailing drawdown, etc.. at least on my instant funded account! The rules are clear and easy to follow. Also, frequent discounts make the offering more accessible.
The base price for instant funding can be slightly higher, although periodic discounts make it more reasonable.

Customer support can be a bit slow but they will definitely help you if there is any trouble. I had trouble with the KYC verification at first. I emailed them about it and in a day or two they fixed it for me.
