Resumen
Their risk & compliance team decided to reduce my payout rate to 10% citing rules not present in their own the terms & conditions, which encompass the likes of "Directional Flip After Loss" and "Profit Concentration in Limited Trades". They cite articles of their T&C completely vague and even not related to what they claim are breaches. What they point at is that: 1. In two occasions, I entered two opposing trades (one sell, one buy) with same size 6 minutes and 24 minutes between each other. Problem apparently is that the first trade always lost. As they said: "this behavior is classified as reactive execution and is considered gambling behaviour rather than strategy-driven trading". This is factually wrong, as in their T&C they classify "Revenge Trading / Gambling-Style Trading" specifically as "erratic, disproportionate, or impulsive trades designed primarily to recover losses".

While individual elements, like position sizing or timing between trades, may appear reasonable when looked at separately, the evaluation considers how these factors combine in practice. We acknowledge that some of these concepts may not always be expressed through strict numerical thresholds. For that reason, we are continuously working to improve clarity and provide more transparent guidance around how trading behaviour is assessed.
