Payments are made within 7 business days, on time. What I don't like about this firm is that they recently removed metals from the trading portfolio; very lazy of them.

Absolutely hands down the G.O.A.T. futures prop firm. trading 20 accounts at a time is insane and no other futures prop firm give this. My experience has been extremely positive, no complaints at all. The rules are a bit tough at beginning but one you get use to it becomes easy. Highly recommended.

I attempted 4 Apex Trader Funding evaluation accounts. Unfortunately, I did not pass any of them, so this review is based purely on my real trading experience, not payouts or promotions. What I liked: • Low evaluation cost, making Apex accessible compared to many prop firms. • Clear rules and smooth dashboard experience. • Wide choice of instruments and flexibility in trading style. • No technical issues with payments or platform access. What didn’t work for me: • The trailing drawdown is the biggest challenge. Even when you’re profitable, th...

The biggest thing I liked about Apex is the ability to scale up to 20 funded accounts, which is a huge advantage compared to most prop firms. This gives traders real earning potential once consistency is achieved. Combined with the low evaluation cost and clear rules, the scaling model makes Apex attractive for traders who are confident in their execution and want to grow size gradually rather than rely on a single account.
The main downside for me was the trailing drawdown, especially how it continues to trail unrealized profits. Even after building a buffer, one small mistake or a losing trade can still violate the drawdown, which adds constant psychological pressure. This makes trading feel more about protecting the drawdown than executing the strategy, and it can be particularly difficult for intraday traders and scalpers.

I had a very disappointing experience with Apex Trader Funding. My PA account was performing well and had reached around $6,500 in profits. Once I requested a $1,000 payout, Apex suddenly terminated my PA account and banned me from the company, without providing any real justification. At first, they claimed it might be due to either: • leaving a trade open after 4:59 PM, or • the account hitting the trailing drawdown. Neither of those reasons were true. I did not leave any trade open, and my account was not in drawdown at all. In fact, the accoun...

After that, nothing.
They just end conversation, blocked people, and dont provide a fair conversation and resolution.

Summary
Im still waiting for them to tell an exact reason for the denial and the ban. They charged me for a whole year without excuse, and now they have an issue to pay me without giving a reason and provide a fair conversation. They blocked me from everywhere. Not fair.

Overall, Apex Funding Trader is one of the best prop firms for scaling up, offering the ability to grow up to 20 accounts. They also provide some of the most affordable evaluation options on the market. While their rules are strict and sometimes controversial, I believe these guidelines are crucial for anyone serious about becoming a consistently profitable trader. Sticking to a clear set of rules from the start can make all the difference in your trading journey

I never managed to reach payout with them because they have so many rules, I would call them "hidden in plain sight", is not a firm build for the traders. Is mostly agaist them and looking for reasons for them to fail. Other than this, they are ok, dashboard ok, they have tradovate and never had any real issues.

Even though they always give big discount for their evaluation and PA fees, they don't care how you pass the evaluation and always try to find a way to decline your payout by introducing BUNCH of payout rules comparing to other futures prop firm and trailing EQUITY drawdown but not balance drawdown. In my opinion not a good propfirm to trade with.

-This firm allows you to trade 20 accounts max which is a game changer - and 1 DAY PASS!!! -They do have trailing drawdown on unrealized trade which can be annoying, however on the 50k accounts they give $2,500 in drawdown (most firms have $2,000 on their 50k accounts) so this is $500 MORE in drawdown to compensate for the Trailing style -keep an eye out of the 2 30% consistency rules and you shouldn't have any issues making $40,000+ per month with 20 accounts
