Delay support , more rules and delay payout processing time is big upset from them. The processing in this firm takes longer than usual but the 100% split is a big up.

BGF was my first futures trading platform. Unfortunately, I was unable to pass the challenge, but I thoroughly enjoyed trading with BGF. The ProjectX platform was very convenient to use. Most importantly, the support team was quick to respond. The dashboard is so clean and easily understandable. The pricing, I purchased the 50K account at the Halloween Offer time, very affordable.

During recent sales i bought Blue guardianfutures 25k standard . It costed me $25 and no more activation fee. They provide only project X platform. I m disappointed with customer support, I joined discord and barely no one there , I used to get very late reply and sometimes they wantedly skipped my questions. One of the slowest support team in the industry. Once I got my credentials almost after 6-7hrs , they asked me to open a ticket in discord but no one responded at all. Trading conditions are ok ok . My biggest problem is if i opened 1 Micro Bitcoin then I couldn't open other positions,it says margin insufficient something like that, I contacted them in discord but they didn't gave a proper answer. If u mostly trade bitcoin then skip account from blueguardian futures 25k account. I didn't reach to payout but I can say that u have adjust if u want to trade with Blue guardian. Biggest red flag is their support team and some of their rules are unclear, they clearly wont say u can do that or not etc .
