I have not yet to get a payout on my accounts. I have blown a few accounts due to my own poor trading habits. Customer service is excellent. They work through issues and get them resolved quickly. The website is gook but I do suggest you take the tour to see where things are at.

I was on a 50k Flex account at Goat Funded Futures with nearly $5,000 in profit when the Senior Risk Team reset it for “Profit Concentration and Payout Gamification.” They said a large portion of profits came from one day, followed by smaller days that mainly met the $250 minimum winning-day requirement. The decision was final and the reset was called a “gesture of goodwill.” Flex is marketed as having no consistency rule once funded, yet a discretionary review can still reset the account for the exact pattern their FAQ describes as “payout gamification.” There was no published percentage limit and no real appeal. Separately, the Flex evaluation is advertised with a 50% consistency rule (implying a possible 2-day pass). In practice GFF treats even 50.1% as a breach, unlike other firms that allow a small buffer. Support claimed a 2-day pass is possible under their strict 50% rule, apparently without accounting for commissions. On a 50k ($3,000 target), hitting exactly $1,500 net after fees is effectively impossible in normal trading. The combination of opaque funded-stage discretion and an unrealistically strict evaluation consistency rule makes the product less predictable than advertised.

Trading condition in goat funded is very good and they have completed their dashboard to and they also done very well with the trading platform the provide and the pay out time

Really positive experience with Goat Funded Trader (GFT) so far. They offer a great range of account options, competitive pricing and flexible trading conditions. The dashboard is easy to navigate, and the challenges are straightforward to understand. I also like the regular competitions, promotions and rewards system, which add extra value for traders. Overall, GFT offers a professional and accessible platform, and I'm looking forward to continuing my trading journey with them. Would definitely recommend checking them out!

GFF needs to improve on their payout rule. Most of the firms allow the payout after you complete a minimum number of trading days or meet a consistency rule, but it is not on GFF.

⚠️ Be very careful with refunds I requested a refund from Goat Funded Futures after my country was banned/restricted from their prop firm, which was the entire reason I requested the refund in the first place. I have now been waiting for over two weeks without receiving the money or any concrete proof that the refund was actually processed. Every time I contact customer support, I’m told that the case has been escalated or that a reminder has been sent to the relevant team. I have received essentially the same response repeatedly, but there has been no actual progress. They have told me that the refund was processed, yet when I asked for a refund confirmation, transaction/reference number, or any proof that the money was actually sent, they said they were unable to provide one because the matter is with their payment provider. At this point, I still have no money, no refund reference, and no concrete evidence that the refund was actually sent. The frustrating part is that I did not request this refund for no reason — I requested it because my country became restricted from using their prop firm. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend that anyone considering using this company be extremely careful, especially when it comes to refunds. My experience with their refund process has been extremely frustrating, and I am still waiting for my money with no clear resolution or timeline.

Goat funded futures is really good firm but the plans they have are just a copy of other firms but I appreciate that they are growing with the market need and I like that They have a good ROI for the traders

Goat Funded Futures (GFF) forfeited over $15,000 USD in payouts across my funded accounts and terminated my access, despite having explicit written support clearances and signed Rise Works agreements. Before requesting any withdrawals, I proactively reached out to GFF support on multiple occasions (Aug 19, Aug 31, and Sep 4) to verify my trading activity, risk management, and active days. Support agents explicitly confirmed in writing that all 4 of my FLEX accounts fully satisfied their rules and were eligible for payout. Despite signing the formal Professional Services Agreements (PSA) via Rise, GFF decided on September 8 to pay only 2 of the 4 accounts. They forfeited the remaining $15,000+ USD, terminated my accounts, and banned me from Discord citing "account-rolling". Paying two accounts while confiscating the other two under the exact same trading record and after giving written pre-approvals demonstrates completely inconsistent practices. Avoid this firm.

Initially, I received 4 payouts from this firm in August. Although I received the payouts, they took extremely long especially compared to industry standard. With the payout, I bought another 50k evaluation and passed it. After this, they falsely accused me of sharing IP addresses with multiple other traders and then blocked all my funded accounts when they were a few days away from another payout and provided no evidence. Stay away!!

Their customer service is effective and their platform is super friendly. I failed the account, so no payout for now. Will rate on payout soon after my reset
