I purchased a trading challenge and, after successfully reaching the profit target, my account was reviewed and failed on the grounds of alleged “microscalping”. According to the company, any trade lasting less than 2 minutes is considered microscalping. I strongly disagree with this definition; at most, this could be classified as scalping. My experience with Goat Funded Futures has been extremely negative and concerning. I completed all required missions and reached the 100 points needed to claim an 80% discount coupon on March 27. The system showed the status as “Fulfilled”, but the coupon was never made available anywhere (not via email, not in checkout, and not in the dashboard — only showing as “Not available”). The main issue was the reward system and support reliability. After completing all requirements and claiming an 80% discount coupon, the system marked it as “Fulfilled” but the reward was never actually delivered. Later, my account was reset and the coupon was removed from the rewards system entirely. Despite having already met all conditions, I was instructed to try claiming it again, as if my previous progress had not existed. In addition, support responses were delayed, generic, and at times contradictory, which made the situation even more frustrating. This experience raises concerns about how rewards are tracked and handled when issues occur.
