clear enough rules no hidden rules, payout was really fast, they have a nice dashboard. simple and automatically journals. Only thing i didn't like is the eod trailing DD which all firms have now adopted. they should offer more account options, otherwise they pay and respond really fast. ooh they also need a buffer. don't withdraw all profits it blows the account that sucked

Run Away ! I passed the evaluation, got funded, and then my accounts were closed due to a rule I was not aware of — the 10-Minute Re-entry Rule. The rule states that if you close a position and re-enter in the same direction on the same instrument within 10 minutes, it is treated as a continuation of the same trade. The combined risk of all such positions cannot exceed 1% on DX Futures or 2% on Tradovate and NinjaTrader. I take responsibility for not reading every rule in detail — that is on me. But here is the problem: this rule is not standard in the industry. Re-entries are a normal part of trading. Getting stopped out and re-entering a valid setup is standard trade management and not a violation. What makes it worse is that there is no warning. No trade blocked. No alert. Just accounts terminated with no path to recovery. I spent months consistently trading a strict, rule-based strategy to pass the evaluation and build a proper buffer on my funded accounts. This was not reckless trading — it was disciplined, methodical work over an extended period. I genuinely wanted to give Hola a fair shot. I passed their evaluation and was ready to trade seriously. But losing funded accounts to one obscure rule with zero tolerance is not trader-friendly — it is a trap. Trade with firms that have clear, fair, and industry-standard rules. Hola is not one of them !

Its the worst Prop that i ever used, When you try to make a withdrawal after trading for five consecutive days at the same risk level, they close your account for exceeding the 2% risk limit—even though you’ve been trading at the same risk level for five days straight. But, coincidentally, the very day you’re about to make the withdrawal is when they send you the email about the violation. I received it today. After 15 days of trading with them between the challenge and the funded account, this is the first time this has happened to me with a prop firm. They don’t give you an explanation or anything; they just tell you that you violated a rule that you’ve been following since the day you bought the account.

I am leaving this review to share my full experience with Hola Prime, especially for traders who are thinking about buying a futures account with them. At the beginning, everything looked normal. I bought accounts, traded seriously, followed the platform, and used the same trading style consistently. I had already received payouts before using the same general approach, so from my side there was no clear indication that my trading style was unacceptable. I was trading manually, managing risk, and treating the account as a serious funded opportunity. After building strong profits, my accounts were reviewed and approximately $16,000 in profits were removed from my accounts. Hola Prime refunded the challenge fees, but that does not solve the real issue at all. My dispute is not about a small challenge fee refund. My dispute is about the trading profits that I generated through my own work, time, risk management, and execution. What makes the situation even more frustrating is that, from my side, I do not believe the rules were clear enough before the profits were removed. I was not shown a transparent trade-by-trade explanation proving exactly which trades broke which rule, how the calculation was made, and why the same style had previously been accepted when I was receiving payouts. Instead, the explanation felt general, based on a broad review of my trading behavior, without enough specific proof to justify removing such a large amount of profit. After the review, the situation became even worse. Instead of reaching a fair solution, my profits were removed, the accounts were left with only a small buffer, and the challenge fees were refunded as if that could compensate for the profits I had already generated. To me, that is not a fair resolution. If my goal was only to get the challenge fee back, I would never have bought the account in the first place. Traders buy funded accounts because they believe they can earn and withdraw profits, not because they want a fee refund after successful trading. I also felt that communication became very difficult after the decision. I expected a proper negotiation, a clear explanation, or at least detailed proof showing exactly why my profits were removed. Instead, the answers felt final and not transparent enough. This created a serious trust problem for me, because traders need to know the rules before they trade, not only after they become profitable or request payouts. What happened after everything was that I was left with the feeling that the company accepted my style when the profits were smaller, but questioned it when the profits became bigger. That is the main reason I am writing this review. I want other traders to be careful and understand that, based on my experience, payout reviews and rule enforcement can become very stressful and unclear when larger profits are involved. I am not saying this lightly. I have screenshots, emails, and records of what happened. I am still open to a fair resolution, but I cannot accept the idea that refunding a challenge fee replaces around $16,000 in trading profits. In my opinion, Hola Prime needs to provide much more transparency in reviews, clear trade-by-trade explanations, and fair treatment for traders who are profitable. Until this case is properly reviewed and resolved, I cannot recommend them with confidence.
