I'm a member of a discord community where Top One is seen as a unreliable partner. I started with a S2F SIM PRO | $50,000 account. After 13000 usd payouts they moved me to a pre-live account.Last month I tried trough support to delete the breached live account wich was still on my dashboard. But after Ahmad investigated the matter they concluded the breach was not correct and they give me a new live account so I did'nt have to buy a new account. Awesome prop firm, rules are pretty strict but still optimal given the price of the accounts, very cheap. bought an instant account for 87 dollars , very cheap compared to other firm.

I'm writing this review to warn future traders of the experience I had with top one futures while trading a 50k Instant Account TOF79023 I was 1500 dollars in profit when a service Rep deleted my account after I asked for breached accounts to be deleted only to help me navigate tradovate better. They would not restore the account or give me another one. This is Bad business.

I've had an excellent experience with this prop firm. The customer care team is outstanding, always responsive and attentive. The dashboard is intuitive and user-friendly, and the rules are clear and straightforward. In fact, I even received a payout over the weekend. I’m truly delighted to work with them and would definitely recommend them to others.
