My trading experience with TopOneFutures so far has been smooth and easy as well as my first contact with the Customer Support as I have contacted them on several occasions via the live chat and I got connected to a live agent under 5mins. What I like the most is how fast I get connected to support agents via the live chat and I didn't have to wait more than 3 to 5 mins before my concerns are being attended to
What I Least about the firm is the Tradovate Trading Platform, the chart layout is not as user-friendly as I expected compared to the previously used Project X
