I've tested several prop firms, but Topstep is the only one that clicks with me. The TopstepX platform is top-notch—by far the best I've ever traded on! It's intuitive, fast, and reliable. Plus, they’re always on top of any issues, resolving them quickly so I can focus on my trading without interruptions.

What I love most about Topstep is their genuine support and the sense of community they’ve built. They don't just care about your trading; they care about you as a person, which is rare in the prop trading world. I also love the TopstepX platform — it’s incredibly user-friendly and reliable. Plus, Topstep TV on YouTube is a huge bonus for me, as it keeps me updated and constantly learning. The combination of great tools, education, and support is what makes them stand out to me.
What I like the least about Topstep is the cost of the Trading Combine. The monthly subscription fee can add up, especially if you don’t pass on the first try. While it’s definitely worth it if you get funded, it can be a bit of a financial commitment if you need to reset or re-enter the evaluation. However, I understand that it’s part of the process, and it’s still one of the best prop firm experiences I’ve had overall.

Best prop firm for my opinion, best support and price. I had never problem with this prop firm and I would never change this prop firm. The support in terms of communication is always very good, and Topstepx is a very good trading application.

I've been using TopStep as a prop firm since I began trying to pass a challenge back in June of 2023, I was finally funded in January and got my 1st payout from them as well. The challenge rules are pretty industry standard but I like that the drawdown is EOD trailing, not intraday like other prop firms. That allows you to make up a loss the same day if you can catch a good move in your direction.

The trailing drawdown is EOD not intraday, the dashboard was really easy to read and useful for checking on your progression.
When I finally got to a payout, it took about 5 days to receive the money, plus something like 3 days to get confirmation they had processed the payout.

The company itself is honestly the best there is when it comes to prop firms. Ranging from payout process to wallet, requirments now at 150 i saw previously from 200 and only 5 winning days vs 10-14 days like others. The customer service is alright they like the ai bot way to much. The topstepx which is a custom projectx platform still has some bugs to fix and sometimes they wont honor it unless everyone feels it from what i last remember.

In all aspects Topstep is great but when it comes to payout it didn't release my payout on time. as per their policy 5 winning days required for payout. I have met the criteria and waited for couple of working days but still didnt received my payout. after waiting for two days then I traded and I slowly lost profit and finally lost account. after achieving all conditions, I would receive 1k dollars if they released payout on time. from then not using Topstep

The top futures firm toostep is in the game for more than 10 years and it is one of the most trusted firm to trade on. Though a little pricey and doesn't give offers but still atleast trusted that it will give payout. Though I didn't get a payout my experience was one of the best here. Recieved the account lighting fast and the trading condition are the bests
