Tradeify is one of the best futures prop firms I’ve worked with. The rules are simple, transparent, and easy to follow, which makes it great for beginners. I cannot stress enough how terrible the customer support is at Tradeify. I have been trying to get a straight answer about my account( login issues) and have received nothing. They don't answer via email, discord not even their bot is accessible on their website. Soon, my account will be violated for inactivity. Give me my money back!!!!! I was talking to D****** their rep about another issue last week. Now, he has ghosted me If he isnt available then, no one is. I'm left with no replies.

After Tradovate glitch yesterday they blamed TradingView and compensated nothing. I finally filed my first federal lawsuit against a prop firm. My live stream saved me and recorded the evidence. To add now Tradeify is admitting a glitch happened September 15 and 16. But they will only restore 1 account and not all 5! They want to order only resets. So my federal lawsuit will stand. I’m no longer being quiet. Tradovate issued me a thorough apology and said it would be fixed. Tradeify stated they aren’t fixing them and are firm on that reasoning: No issue happened from a copy trader. They keep lying. It says (Tradovate INTERNAL ERROR). We’ve thoroughly went over all evidence. Tradovate backed it. Yes this happened and no it wasn’t a copy trader.

I’ve been doing my evaluation with Tradeify Futures and honestly, my experience has been pretty good so far. The rules are easy to understand, and I like that everything is laid out clearly without making things more complicated than they need to be. The dashboard is simple to use, and I can easily keep track of my account, trades, and progress. I also haven’t had any major issues with the platform or execution during my evaluation. I had a few questions along the way and their support was helpful and quick to respond, which I really appreciate. The overall trading environment has been smooth and I feel comfortable trading with their rules. Obviously, you still need to manage your risk properly and stay disciplined because it’s an evaluation, but that’s part of trading. So far, I’m happy with Tradeify Futures and my experience has been positive. I’d definitely consider using them again in the future.

The firms rules are easy to understand and the rules of each and every accounts are explained simply which I really liked, also there is no issue with payout withdrawals . Loved this firm

disappointing, mainly because of how my payout and KYC dispute was handled. I had two funded-account payout requests totaling approximately $5,198.40. My profile-level KYC had already been completed through Sumsub, and Tradeify officially emailed me on August 13, 2026 confirming that my KYC was approved and that I was verified. After I later requested payout, both payouts were declined and my account access was permanently revoked. Initially, Risk & Compliance only referred to “circumventing restrictions” and repeatedly declined to provide a case-specific explanation. Later, the CEO publicly alleged that I had used a virtual machine/VPS during KYC. I strongly dispute this. My own Sumsub verification record shows iOS / Safari, and I have repeatedly offered to provide full device/IP details privately and redo KYC live on my physical device. I am not asking Tradeify to disclose proprietary fraud-detection methods. I have only asked them to verify whether the alleged VM/VPS flag is actually linked to my specific KYC session and to allow a manual review or re-verification. Instead, support repeatedly sent generic closure responses and ultimately stated that the decision was final and not open to appeal. My main concern is the lack of transparency and meaningful review despite the contradiction between Tradeify’s own KYC approval email and the later VM/VPS allegation. I would have accepted the outcome if they had clearly demonstrated the specific violation or allowed re-verification, but that opportunity was not provided. Based on my personal experience, the payout and compliance-dispute process felt opaque and very difficult to challenge, even when supporting evidence was provided.

Overall, my experience with Tradeify has been exceptionally positive. The trading conditions are smooth, execution speeds are fast, and their customer support team is always responsive and helpful when assistance is needed. Most importantly, their payout process is extremely fast and hassle-free compared to many other firms in the industry. Highly recommend them to any serious futures trader looking for a reliable prop firm!
